Caleb does this wierd spell, which entails slicing my palm open with a beautiful silver dagger, with smooth black leather wrapping the hilt and different coloured jewels pressed into it. Then using a similar looking chalice he starts mixing all their blood together. Using the tip of the dagger he starts drawing a symbol over the cut on my palm. Then he tells me to hold still and recites, while waving his hand around mine
"image link mentibus eorum et cogitationes eius audire." His magic wraps around my hands and then all the blood sort of sucks into my palm and seals closed, along with Calebs magic. It's kinda weird really.
"All done, flower. Let's head home as I know everyone else is out and busy at the moment, so we can have the house to ourselves to talk." Caleb tells me and packs up the dagger and chalice. I turn to Logan and say
"You coming yeah?"
"Yes, Phoe. I said I would. let's go say bye to Katy." He put his arm around my shoulder and we went back into the living room.
"All done?" Katy asks
"Yeah. But I need to go home and talk to Caleb so I'll come see you again later or something?" her smile grows. She's so silly.
"Ok. I'm not going anywhere, so whenever." She hugs me goodbye and Caleb comes from the kitchen, holding his hand out to me
"Ready?" I take his hand and he pulls me to him and kisses me, as he dips me down. I smile into his mouth, the goof. But I dread getting there and telling him. We walk out the door and J-Lo follows. When we get to the path leading to the house and Jake says bye to us and when Logan doesn't make to leave Caleb says
"Bye then Logan. She will let you know when she wants you."
"Actually, I'm coming with you, for moral support." Logan tells him.
"So she fucking told you, but couldn't tell one of her mates?" He snaps. I knew he would react this way. But knowing and actually seeing and hearing it are 2 different things.
"It's not like that. I'm not scared I'll lo-" I start but he cuts me off
"I dont want to fucking hear it Kylie! How long has he known?" He asks me angrily as he stomps towards to house and we both follow.
"I've known since she went on a date with Declan. And you would know if you didn't keep blowing up at her everytime she starts to talk about shit. Did you stop to consider why she told me. Which she was about to tell you but let me make it crystal fucking clear for you-"

"Nothing to forgive Caleb. I knew you'd react that way. I just wasn't as prepared as I thought I was. I do understand why, I really do. But hopefully you now understand me a little more. I'm also sorry you had to hear that from Lo and not me. I don't really know how to talk to you about…. My past. You know the horrors as you lived a little of it with me when… well you know. "come on" We sit down and Logan goes into the kitchen to get us drinks. When he comes out I tell Caleb everything. How I feel around Tejus, the sneaky tryst's, though they were never arranged, they just happened. Why I've kept it a secret. And Logan urges me to tell him about what happened on my date, which I do. Calebs just as confused about it as I was and fucking livid that I almost slept with Declan unknowingly. And when he asks me a question about Declan my automatic reply is fucking scary.
"So we're going to keep acting like he is your mate to try and catch him out. What about Tejus? Does he know any of this? Are we going to tell the others? They're going to be mad but not for long, and I promise they love you just as much as I do. We're not going anywhere. And when are you next seeing Declan? We need to be smart about this! I don't really want you alone with him"
"Tejus doesn't know anything! And I'm not ready to tell him yet either. As for the others…. Again I'm not ready, but I'll leave it with you. I don't like lying to them but… I'm scared Ok. Just because you say that doesn't mean I believe it. I can't help it, I'm trying. And I'm going to Declan's next Monday, for a week, I'm so fucking excited!..... wait, wait, wait… did I seriously just say that?" My body filled with excitement then and I don't remember arranging to go to his territory. Away from my mates! Even if I wasn't sure about Tejus, I wouldn't arrange to go to his territory. Alone! I look at Caleb with trepidation. He pulls me into a hug and says
"Don't worry, we'll figure something out. I need to figure out how he's doing it. I'll help with Tejus too and the sooner you mate him the better! He will make you stronger and tell him when you're ready, there's no pressure as we won't tell him shit. I'll try speaking to the guys too, Ok."
"You need to not think about it infront of him too. He-uh can read minds! Hence me being able to communicate with him already. And like you can teleport he does this thing called dissipate. He also has other forms of magic but I don't really know how to explain that. I don't like telling you at all as it's his thing. But I'll tell him I told you." I reach for my phone again and find my chest is starting to hurt. Seeing no new notifications I put it back down.
"Flower, can I ask you something?"

"Why haven't you mated with Tejus? Are you fighting it?" He looks at me with curiosity
"Well… yeah, I've been fighting it. At the beginning I didn't know what the fuck was happening, I felt how I did around all of you but it was different somehow, in a better way than Declan, but Im still new to the whole, what to expect with a mate bond. I didn't know that was what I was feeling. I was confused and felt like shit for feeling like that towards someone and then for not telling any of you. You remember the whole river incident?"
"When you accidentally teleported there? Yeah, what about it?"
"I teleported into his shower! With him in it. I smelt like his body wash as he was showering and I can't seem to resist him. No matter how much I tell myself I can! But as I've been a bit all over the place and everyone is still being aggressive towards him I thought putting it off would be best. It's also kinda our thing.. He drives me crazy with it. "You've been rubbing at your chest and looking at your phone every few minutes. The more you fight a mating and the longer your around each other, especially if you're intimate. "I didn't realise I'd been doing it that much. And why didn't I feel this sort of thing around any of you? Plus I don't think I should mate him without the guys knowing, I don't want to make them mad and I don't think I'm quite ready to tell them yet. And i know that's me being selfish or whatever bu-"
"It's not, I understand where you're coming from, Flower. And in this instance I'm gonna tell you to not worry about them and just focus on your mating. It's a sacred thing none of us can or should interfere with. So don't let your worry for us stop you from enjoying your mating. As for not feeling this… desperate and in pain! "I love you too and don't worry about it, you're my mate! I'm supposed to help you through everything. Now, what's your plans for the rest of the day? I can make you a late lunch before I go or you can come with me? I'm only working on the sentry's. And I guess we should officially make that Tejus's room. Or he can have yours as you tend to be in bed with one of us anyway" He says as he stand
"I'm gonna go back to the Arena if you want to join me! Or we could go see my mom. I know she's dying to meet you." Lo offers with a laugh. He knows how much I dread meeting their parents. Most of them don't like me or didn't! I don't know how to behave around them. And they all want to have dinner. I need more allies so I'll make sure Katy and Kris are there too.
"I'm up for lunch and the Arena. But I'm going to see Katy too. It's still my lazy day so I intend to take a little advantage of that." I stretch out on the sofa while Caleb makes us food and Logan says he will meet me at the Arena in a bit. Once we've finished eating the sandwiches he made, we wash and dry the plates and just as I'm drying my hands my phone starts buzzing. I spin and dive onto the island and grab it and when I see it's Tejus I probably look like the Cheshire cat from Alice in wonderland
Tejus: Hey princess. Sorry it's taken so long but I had to make sure! I bet you've been checking your phone every 5 minutes haven't you? I told you you'd miss me. But I knew you'd never text me first. I'll try to pop in on you in your room around 8. If you're not there… well I'll just have to punish you. Just thinking about me should have you nice and wet but when I get ahold of you I'm going to…….

I look up and do a double take when I see Caleb's staring at me with a smile on his face.

"Nothing. I just like seeing you like this. None of us have seen this side of you. Like all new relationships there's supposed to be excitement and every emotion that comes with a new love. It's nice to see, that's all." My phone buzzes again
Tejus: Stop lying Princess, I'll be showing you just how much I've missed you when I see you, you naughty little thief! I love the idea of you smelling like me though and I will definitely be helping with that when I rub myself all over you and make you scream for me.
Oh fuck I can't wait for tonight. I'm wet just thinking about it. The need for him is still getting stronger and stronger, but my chest still hurts too.
"Fuck Flower. You smell good!" Caleb says
"I feel about him the way I do all of you, you know. And if I smell so good, why don't you come over here and help me out? I'm dying here!" He smirks and makes his way around to me while I quickly text Tejus back
Me: Ahhh.. missed me have you? I'll tell you something you can rub…… but it won't be me… have fun with your hand.
Caleb has started kissing my neck already and as soon as I put my phone back down he teleports us to his room and helps me out several times. Then he takes me to the Arena and he goes off to the sentry's section.
