"Hey babe" y/n walked into our bedroom and took off her jacket. She walked over to me and kissed my forehead.
"How was your day?" She asked while taking off her shirt and putting it with the dirty clothes.
"Well Josiah has been acting weird lately"
"Maybe it's his hormones" she said while walking into the bathroom.
I followed behind her and sat down while she took a shower.
"Well maybe it's time you had the sex talk with him"
"Umm... maybe not call it a sex talk"
"Okay well then the birds and the bees"
"Kehlani how the hell do you want me to have that talk with my son. Why can't you do it?"
"Because im not the one with a dick" I shrugged and I heard her scoff.
"What the hell am I even supposed to tell him???"
"Just tell him the same thing your parents told you"
"All my father told me was that if I feel like touching myself then go to the bathroom and lock the door. Then when I turned 13 he told me to wrap it up and to make sure to ask for consent"

After a while, Josiah came into our room and laid on the bed next to me.
"Where's mom?" He asked referring to y/n.
"She's taking a shower right now"
"Oh okay. I just wanted to ask her if she can help me with my homework"
"Why can't I help you with your homework?"
"Because you never understand" he shrugged and started to play with deydeys foot.
"You better leave your sister alone before you wake her up."

After a while y/n walked out and he ran up to her.
"Wassup Sigh?" She rubbed his head and looked down at him.
"Can you help me with my homework?"
"Let me guess... math?"

"Ight come on" they walked out and I continued to watch my show.
After a while they both came in eating a sundae and I shot y/n a look.
"What??" She lays down next to me and so did Josiah.
"Why are you eating a sundae when you didn't even eat dinner?"
"I ate dinner while I was helping our son MISS"
"You always got some shit to say"
"Yo kehlani keep fucking with me or imma wake up deydey"
"You're such an asshole sometimes" I told her and she flipped me off.
After about an hour and a half, Josiah fell asleep in the bed and y/n climbed over me kissing me softly.
"How was work?" I asked as she laid on top of me.
"Mad people showed up at the club"
"Well that's mad money in your pockets" I said as I rubbed her neck down to her back.
"You're right I guess"
We fell asleep in that position and after a couple of hours someone taps my shoulder.
I open my eyes and Josiah is looking over me.
"Ma look" he pointed down to his private area and it was sticking up.

"Baby" I tapped y/n's back. "Babe" I tapped again. "Y/n"
"What??" She shot up and I rubbed her shoulder.
"Sigh show mom"
He walks to her side and he's just staring at himself.
"Oh... oh shit!" Y/n opened her eyes wider and she sat up straight.
"I told you" she whispered to me and I slapped her chest.
"Ma it hurts" he told me and I winced.
"Yea It's gonna hurt sigh. It'll go down tho I promise. Wanna lay in your bed?" Y/n asked and he nodded his head.
Y/n got up and walked with Josiah so his room.
She came back in after about 20 minutes and laid down next to me and deydey.
"You never listen to me" she said as she cuddled with deydey.
"Whatever"

We were sitting on the couch with Destin and Jamari and we were all lowkey laughing at y/n being as though she was the one about to explain to Josiah.
"So... last night"
"Yea?"
"About your private... area"
"My wiener?"
I tried not to laugh as well as my brothers but y/n kept a straight face. This bitch is definitely feeling awkward.
"Yes. Yea..."
"Are you talking about when it was sticking up"

"I don't know????" He waved his hands up and y/n took a deep breath to let it out.

But it made Josiah laugh.

"Okay... so you're at the age... where you're going to start going through changes... physically... omg this is awkward" she scratched her head and I leaned back on the sofa.

He looked over at his uncles and the nodded at him.

I tried my hardest not to laugh but y/n slapped my leg.
"Holy shit this is awkward" she mumbled.
"Well... sometimes. But usually, I shave"
"Does it hurt?"
"Well you have to be really careful when you're doing it. But I'm a pro so I'm used to it"
"I wanna be a pro too at shaving"
"Well I'll show you when you're older. But from outside the door of the bathroom because I'm not tryna see your nutsack"

"Oh well." She shrugged.
"I have one more question" y/n asked.

He started to blush.
"You don't have to tell me who it's okay. I'll tell you in two more years about the rest of this bullshit. Or hopefully your school teaches you cause this is mad awkward" she stood up.
"You wanna make a sundae?"
"Really???" He asked.
"Yea this conversation needs to be rewarded for awkwardness" she said while they walked to the kitchen.
"I can't wait until she teaches him how to shave his beard" I said while pouting.
"She's been a good mom since the beginning" Destin said.
"Yea you're right" I smiled as I looked over at them in the kitchen eating whipped cream.
