Hello!
Unfortunately, I do not have an update ready for this week. :(
You see, there are many things happening for me irl - I'm getting my first job (I actually start tomorrow), I have a summer class starting this weekend, I'm participating in a Discord Total Drama competition which I mentioned before (as I type this, we're doing a short story challenge that's due in less than 24 hours), and at the end of next week, I'll be gone on vacation for three weeks, and when I get back, my job will really get underway.
... I have a very busy summer ahead of me.
The thing about this story is, it's almost done - there are just a few chapters and major plot points left, but I don't want to rush them and give an unsatisfying ending.
I'm hoping to have it finished by the end of summer, and then I can hopefully start on the second Among Us fanfiction when I start classes again (if y'all still want that).
So, there are other major things in my life to focus on for the time being, but this story is almost done; so I'll work on it, take my time in executing the ending, and hopefully have it completed by the end of summer.
During this summer, when I have chapters written and ready, I'll just go ahead and publish them - Thursdays are no longer my update days.
I'm really sorry if I'm disappointing anyone, but I truly don't think I can update every Thursday this summer while still retaining the quality of chapters that I want.
I really enjoyed having such a regular update schedule for my senior year - it's really benefited my writing as a whole - and thank you for staying around and supporting this story. It really means a lot. :)
So... I'll see you whenever I update next.
