*on the plane*
Jennifer's POV
I put my carry-on into the one of the compartments above the seats. There were only the four of us and they're were no 4 seated rows. Our seats were 3 people in the 1st row. And 1 person in the 6th row.
I volunteered to sit alone, knowing that if I sat with the group, I would have to sit next to Mikey. Mrs Murphy declined my request and went straight to the seat, sitting down. I sighed and sat on an edge seat. I looked up at Sydney, and gave her a "please sit with me" look. She smiled, then nodded, then sat next to me. I looked up and saw Mikey frowning. He sat down on the other side of Sydney, and Sydney nudged me. "Can you sit in the middle....?" She asked. "I get clostraphobic sitting in between two people."
I sighed and said, "okay fine."
Sydney and I unclipped our seat belts, and we switched seats. I sat in the middle seat, and looked down to clip my seatbelt in place. At the edge of my eye, I saw Mikey smiling. I looked up at him and he tried to hide his smile.
"What?" I asked, which came out a bit more harsh than I expected.
"Nothing." He said.
"Seriously, what?" I said, harshly.
"Nothing. I swear. I'm just happy I don't have to sit with my sister."
Wow.... So your not happy to be sitting with your own girlfriend....?
I sighed and grabbed a pice of gum. I threw the pice of gum in my mouth and sat back on my seat, getting ready for takeoff.
During takeoff, all I could think about was why? Why doesn't he like me. Why won't he tell me why he was acting weird the other night? Why?
Once we were in the air, we could use our phones. I got my phone out and plugged in my earbuds, and listened to music.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and I looked up in that direction. I saw Mikey staring down at me.
Damn why am I so short?
I took out one of my earbuds out and said, "yea?"
"May I listen too?" He said, moving closer to me.
I could tell he just wanted to cuddle. To tell you the truth... I wanted to cuddle to... I wanted to, really badly. But I didn't want to let Mikey think that I forgave him, because I didn't. I was still annoyed at him.
"Here." I said, handing him one of my earbuds.
"Thanks babe." He smiled and put the earbud in his ear.
"Your welcome Mikey."
"Hey, can I put this armrest up? It's bothering me."
I couldn't resist how cute he was, trying to get closer.
"I guess." I muttered.
He put the armrest up then forced a yawn, then put an arm around me. "Your so cliche" I said.
"I love you." He said, as he kissed he top of my head.
"No you don't."
"Yea I do."
"No... You don't."
"I'll do anything to prove it to you.
"Then tell me why did you act so weird the other night, when I told you I was coming home. Did you not want me to come?"
"Uh......." He said, tensing up. "UMM......."
"I knew it." I said and got out of his arms. I put the armrest down and crossed my arms and looked the other way.
I know I may be acting like a spoiled brat, but seriously... Why won't he tell Me? I bet he's cheating on me....
