that's when the laughter stop and he face got serious and sad "no.. I know I have those same feelings towards him but it's like somethings holding me back. I'm scared J. A few months ago I was getting my ass beat by Dwayne. Now I'm getting treated like a queen. Should I be this happy?"

She nodded a me with a soft smile "lemme just— excuse Ms. Allen?" A knock on her door prompted me to have a seat on her desk asking them to come in

Stephanie made me get down " J get off my desk fool.. and you're fine Mr. O'Ryan. Mr. East is expecting you soon downstairs in studio 5 after you sign this contract I'll be more then glad to show you where it is." She got up shaking his hands and went to find the contract in Dave's office
He nodded coming closer taking a seat
I didn't pay the newcomer no mind he was east on the eyes tho. " I'm O'Ryan. " he extended his hands out

I pulled my hands away as I saw him smirk turning his attention to Stephanie who came back with the papers for him "alright it's everything that was discussed with you, your manager and team during the last meeting. Mr.East said you are also free to take it with you and have your lawyer look over it"
"Nah I've known Dave baby ass since we was kids it's cool" he signed the paper and stood up. " Let's go see this studio"
Steph nodded picking up the paper and started towards the door as I followed and he followed behind us
I walked straight towards the elevator while Steph went to make a copy of the contract in the copy room behind Candice desk.

He shrugged his shoulder putting his hands in his pockets "Nun... was just thinking dumb niggas always fumble"
I didn't even know what he was talking bout so I just ignored him as we waited for Steph to get in the elevator.

They made small talk as I scrolled to Instagram when I was getting flooded with mentions on a post and I decided to click on it and see

"What?" I didn't even answer her I just turned my phone showing her the post. She looked at it and gave a quick nod then turned around
"Steph-" I shut my ass up when the elevator door opened up and Dave was right there waiting with a mug on his face that could murder anyone speaking to him " y'all two go to the studio and start working and let me talk to her please"

We both nodded doing as told when he sparked up conversation " What happened ?"
