I'm posting this chapter earlier than my normal every other weekend. This is the weekend I would post it but I'm busy. I might post another later in the week before the weekend. Also from now on, I will try to post 500+ word chapters :)
Age 35 was the first age I thought of (it's what gave me the idea honestly) so I have the most on this age and yeah.
Noriaki and Josuke arrived at Jolyne's school. Nori was just about to open the door.
"Jolyne doesn't know yet; you should wait in the vehicle well I get her. I'll leave it on if you want music. You can move to the front if you went, you don't need to stay in the back," Nori smiled back at Josuke
"Okay, I'll move to the front" Josuke smiled back.
Nori walked inside the school.
"Daddd!" He heard Jolyne yell from the office
Jolyne ran up and hugged him. Nori looked at Jolyne's eye, she got a black eye from the fight. He picked Jolyne up and walked to the office receptionist desk.
Jolyne was tired and fell asleep in his arms. The receptionist was surprised at the sight.
"One of Jolyne's classmates told us that Brianna Kanda started it." She told him
"Is Brianna okay?" Nori asked
"She got a lot of injuries. She has a bloody nose, two black eyes, 5 soon to be bruised, and more," she informed Nori
"I have someone how has experience helping with injury if you want me to bring him in," Nori smiled
"Will it help Brianna?" She asked
"Oh yeah! It will heal right away," Noriaki informed her
"Oh then bring him in!" She smiled
"I'll go get him, one second." Nori chuckled
Nori walked outside with a sleeping Jolyne. He went to his vehicle and put Nori in a set and buckled her up.
"A girl named Brianna got hurt in the fight, if you want to heal her the school said it was fine," Nori smiled at Josuke
"Sure! I mean it's my job" Josuke laughed as a reply
They two walked inside the school again, to the same desk.
"He's the guest I was talking about; he can heal her right up," Nori smiled
"Oh well, I'll lead the way." She smiled and got up
They went to the school nurse to see a girl sitting with an ice pack on her eyes and a tissue on her nose.
"Are you Jolyne's father?" Brianna asked
Nori went to his knees to be eye level with Brianna
"Yeah, and this is her uncle. He is visiting for her birthday; he can heal you all up if you want" Nori smiled
Brianna somehow already felt comfortable with Noriaki, like some warmth just made everything not hurt.
"Are you two superheroes? Like he has a power of healing and you are just the main hero everyone loves?" She asked
"You don't want to blow our cover," Nori said joking "shushing" her
She gasped
Josuke smiled at the way Nori handled that. Josuke bent down and healed Brianna.
Brianna looked down and saw she wasn't hurt.
"I'll keep your secret" she whispered to Nori
"Thank you" he smiled and left, Josuke following behind him.
They walked to the car. Josuke healed Jolyne's eye and they went on their way.
"So what happened to Jolyne?" Josuke asked
"The office said Brianna started it, but now she and Brianna have been suspended from school for a while. They said two days," Nori informed
"Hey Nori, this is off topic but something is on my mind," Josuke sighed
"You can tell me anything," Nori smiled warmly yet keeping his eyes on the road.
