y/n got off of her phone and actually tried to pay attention to the lecture, but was very unsuccessful, considering the amount of boredom she was experiencing.
'bro i swear- these math lectures are so boring. why can't this class just end?' the e/c eyed girl thought to herself.
as if on que, the bell rang, signaling it was time to shift over to the next period.
y/n took her time getting to her class because she really didn't have the energy to be hyped up and move quickly.
when she got to her class, she saw someone. that someone being nishinoya yu.
as soon as the girl walked in, noya called her name.
"y/n! get your ass over here!" noya called out to her.
everyone was looking at y/n now, as she slowly walked over to sit beside noya.
"how can you have so much energy this early in the morning?" y/n looked at noya with tired eyes.
"dunno. i just don't get tired often." noya shrugged his shoulders.
"anyways, what's up with you?" the shorter male questioned the girl.
"i'm so fucking tired right now." y/n yawned.
"late night?" noya asked.
"yeah. i guess you could say that." y/n replied as she put her head down on her desk.
"so are ya coming to the gym for lunch?" noya put him head down on his desk, facing towards y/n.
"hm? oh yeah. suga asked me earlier." y/n slightly closed her eyes.
"yo don't fall asleep. who am i gonna talk to?" noya pouted at the girl.
"yourself. goodnight." y/n fully closed her eyes, trying to fall asleep, but was unsuccessful.

"ughhh fineeeeeeee" y/n lifted her head off of the desk and rolled her eyes at the boy.

thus, the class continued on with noya and y/n talking, but surprisingly not getting in trouble.
they thought the class was extremely boring, so they decided to ditch it.
when the teacher wasn't paying attention, they bolted towards the door and ran outside.
"shit- we made it" y/n was out of breath, but noya wasn't.
"hell yeah we did" noya seemed proud of himself for being able to pull off ditching class.
"so watcha' wanna do now shawty?" y/n stood up and looked at noya.
"let's go to the store" noya and y/n both smirked as they walk off of school property to the store.
"okay so basically, i'm paying." noya said to y/n.
y/n smacked noya on the back of the head and said to him "not so fast buster. i'm paying."
noya, not wanting to get smacked in the back of the head again, agreed.
as they were just out front of the shop, y/n heard her name being called.
"Y/N!" someone called in the distance.
the girl looked around, but saw nobody, so she continued to walk into the store with noya, until she felt a hand on her shoulder.
she was just about ready to throw hands when she turned around, but then she realized who it was.
"oikawa what the fuck are you doing here?" y/n asked the taller male.
"i heard this place has some great milk bread, so i decided to come check it out. is there a problem with that?" oikawa questioned.
"no, but what about school?" the e/c eyed girl crossed her arms.
"i could ask the same thing to you." oikawa smiled at the two younger people standing in front of him.
"we ditched class because it was boring." noya rolled his eyes at oikawa.
"i wasn't talking to you, pipsqueak." oikawa bent down and glared at noya.
noya took the hint and kinda just backed away.
"ayo- don't be rude to the homies." y/n furrowed her eyebrows at the older male.
"i'm sorry." oikawa pouted at y/n.
"i swear you pout so goddamn much-" at this point, y/n was a little annoyed. she was very hungry, and oikawa decided to come up to them, so that pushed back her eating time.
"oikawa, please i am very hungry right now. i'll talk to you after school, okay?" y/n sighed, once again.
"fineeeeeee. see ya later then, y/n." oikawa playfully rolled his eyes and walked into the store, leaving the 2 second years alone.
"finally, he's gone." noya let out a breath of relief as he watched oikawa walk away.
"i know right. anyways, let's go get some food. i'm really hungry right now." noya agreed to what y/n had said, so they both walked into the store to get some food.
they bought what they wanted without having to run into oikawa again, so they decided to head back to school to meet up with the volleyball team for lunch.
when they arrived at the gym, everyone looked their way.
"where'd you guys get the food from?" suga asked the duo.
"yeah so about that..." y/n started sweating. "we may or may not have ditched class to get some food..."
suga sighed and told the two "daichi better not find out about this."
the two of them agreed, and decided to go sit on the bench to quickly eat some food before doing things.
after they were done eating, yachi and kiyoko came up to y/n and started talking to her.
"so y/n, would you consider being a manager for this team?" kiyoko asked the younger girl.
"woah- uhm yeah of course i would. this team seems like a lot of fun." y/n smiled at the thought of becoming a manager for the karasuno volleyball team.
"great! would you like to become our third manager?" when kiyoko said that, y/n's eyes widened in shock.
"yEs" y/n's voice cracked as she agreed to become the third manager of the karasuno volleyball team.
"has takeda-sensei and coach ukai approved of this?" y/n asked the two girls in front of her.
"yep! we talked about it with them earlier today." yachi smiled brightly.
"then when should we tell the rest of the team?" y/n looked deep in thought as she questioned the girls.
"how about right now?" kiyoko asked. "would that be okay, y/n?"
"oh yeah for sure." y/n giggled quietly.
"i'll call the boys over then" y/n nodded her head as kiyoko called the boys over to gather around them.
"so we have some very important news." y/n got up and stood beside the two other girls as kiyoko made her announcement.
"what is it?" hinata asked.
"moron. let her finish." kageyama slapped hinata's head.
"ouchie" hinata pouted.
"y/n is going to become our third manager." when kiyoko said those words, everyone's face lit up. surprisingly even tsukishima's.
"WOAH REALLY?!?" tanaka and noya said in unison.
"yes really." y/n spoke up and smiled at the two boys.
"thank you for becoming our manager!" all of the boys bowed.
y/n stood there, not knowing what to do or say, but she decided to just bow and say something back.
"i look forward to working with you all!" y/n said as she bowed back to the boys.
"great. now get your asses back to practicing." coach ukai clapped his hands as he told the boys to get back to practicing.
"i'm genuinely so hungry right now" y/n said as her stomach grumbled.
"feel free to eat if you want." kiyoko smiled at the younger as y/n pulled out some food.
"thanks shawty" y/n smirked as she dug into her food.
after she was done eating, the boys had just finished practicing, meaning they were about to eat as well.
"y/n! come sit with us!" hinata called over to y/n.
"yeah sure" y/n smiled as she ran over to hinata, kageyama, yamaguchi, and tsuki.
"how are y'all doing?" y/n giggled as she sat down.
"did you see my spike?! it was like 'POW' and 'BAM'!" hinata's face lit up when he talked about it.
"it's not that big of a deal you know..." kageyama said, looking slightly annoyed.
"kageyama, hush, and hinata, your spike was awesome." y/n watched hinata's face brighten up even more when she complimented his spike.
"h-how were my serves y/n?" yams asked y/n in a shy manner.
"they were great. keep up the good work tadashi!" yamaguchi blushed at the use of his first name.
y/n looked towards kageyama, noticing he clearly also wanted to be complimented.
"kageyama, your sets were on point, as usual." y/n slightly smiled at the male.
"t-thanks i guess..." kageyama looked away once more with a blush spreading across his face.
y/n then looked over at tsukishima, who had a blank face, as per usual.
the h/c haired girl decided to do something that would hopefully get some sort of reaction out of the stoic male.
she got up from her spot, walked over to tsukishima, and plopped herself in his lap.
tsukishima was a blushing mess, but he turned away so he couldn't be noticed.
unfortunately for him, everyone had already noticed.
"w-what do you think you're d-doing?" tsukishima stuttered over his words.
"it's simple, really. i just wanted to see if i could get a reaction out of you if i did this." y/n smirked at the taller boy.
just as tsukishima was about to say something, y/n's name was called by suga.
"y/n! c'mere!" suga called out to y/n.

"see ya later." y/n waved to the boys as she ran over to suga, asahi, and daichi.
"why hello there." y/n said as she sat herself down beside suga and leaned on his shoulder.
suga blushed at the action, but decided not to mention anything about it.
"watcha' guys up to?" y/n asked as she started fiddling with suga's hand.
"are you guys dating or something?-" asahi curiously asked suga and y/n.
"lol no." y/n laughed it off, while suga on the other hand, blushed even more.
"oh. hm. okay then." asahi decided he'd keep a close eye on the two.
"hello y/n" daichi smiled at the younger female.
"sup thighchi." y/n continued fiddling with suga's hands as she smiled back at daichi.
"i'm sorry- thighchi? what?" daichi looked a little scared at the name.
"yeah. thighchi. you have big thighs." y/n laughed while saying that, whilst suga and asahi tried not to burst out laughing.
daichi was shocked that she could be so confident with her words.
"you look startled. you good there homie?" y/n looked at daichi with a worried look.
"oh- yeah no i'm fine." daichi just laughed it off, and y/n didn't think anything of it.
"kewl. anyways. how are ya asahi?" y/n looked at asahi.
"i've been doing well i suppose." asahi slightly shrugged his shoulders.
"epic my guy." y/n made the fuckboy face, while asahi stared at her, confused.
"pfft- anyways," y/n continued. "suga can i fall asleep in your lap and have you wake me up when the bell rings?"
suga blushed even more at the question, but before he could say anything, y/n's name was called once again.
"Y/N! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE!" nishinoya called out to the tired girl.
"good grief." y/n let out a sigh as she yelled back "coming!"
"see y'all later" y/n got up from suga's lap and winked at the three males.
y/n walked to the two males and stood in front of them.
"what could thou's want?" y/n sat in front of tanaka and nishinoya.
"lol i dunno." nishinoya laughed along with tanaka.
"haha very funny." the e/c eyed girl playfully rolled her eyes at the two other 2nd years sitting in front of her.
"how does it feel being the 3rd karasuno manager?" tanaka asked, pretending to hold a microphone in front of y/n.
"feels great my guy. epic people for sure." y/n made the fuckboy face again as her, along with tanaka and nishinoya laugehd their asses off.
"anyways, what do y'all have after lunch?" noya asked tanaka and y/n.
"history." y/n said, her shoulders slumpped over.
"gym." tanaka scrunched his face up a bit.
"oh? then why don't we just ditch. i have language and i don't really like it." noya perked up a bit at the idea.
"can't. i have a project due, and if i don't turn it in today, then i'll fail." the girl sighed.
"since when did you start caring about grades?" tanaka asked the girl.
"i don't. i just really like my history teacher, and i don't want to have him be disappointed in me." y/n looked up at the two males.
"hm. okay then. tanaka, wanna ditch?" noya looked over at his bro.
"you already know bro." this time, it was tanaka who made the fuckboy face.
noya made one back, and they both started laughing.
after about 2 minutes of them laughing, the bell rang, signaling that lunch was over.
"oh shit- see y'all later then homies." y/n got up and walked towards the gym exit.
"y/n wait a sec-" kiyoko called y/n over to where she was standing.
"hm?" y/n looked at kiyoko.
"come back after school and we'll dicuss the rest about you being the manager, okay?" kiyoko smiled at the girl.
"sure." y/n smiled back as she walked out of the gym, on her way to history.
