Info: The user can write someones name on there skin or paper and then write there fate but the thing is it only happens when they do a select choice Example: say if you saw a person walking on the streets and they were about to cross a road but they were on there phones and a car was coming you can write: If they are going to get hit then and then...... You write there fate.
Drawbacks: Can have anxiety about not writing in time and has very good memory so if they didn't save someone in time it would just linger in there mind. there hands also gets cramped if you writ to much.
