-This quirk allows you to control water but stronger amounts say like if you were at a beach you could make a wave to you to surf on.
-You can also form weapons like shields and knifes. You can also heal with potions made from seaweed and control seaweed make it stronger etc.. for special move you can chose to turn into a mermaid/merman or just breath underwater your choice.
Drawbacks: can get very light headed if you make a tsunami or a huge wave.
