Leon's (POV)
The boys "oohed" as we kissed. We then went back to the resort and spent some time there. We went to relax by the beach with the boys the rest of the afternoon and when the sun started to set, Diego and Federico went back to pack their bags as they had to go back home.
Violetta: Thank you both for helping me find Leon.
Diego: Well we couldn't leave you alone, now could we?
Violetta: Yes, but you both had things to do.
Federico: It's alright, we're just glad everything worked out.
Leon: Thanks guys, have a safe flight back home.
Diego, Federico: Thanks, see you when you come back.
They left and we went back into our room. Everything went back to the way it was and we enjoyed the rest of our honeymoon.
A few weeks later...
We came back from our honeymoon and we settled into the married life seamlessly. I was busy talking to Mama Valeria whilst Violetta was getting dressed to go to Francesca and Diego's place.
Mama Valeria on the phone with Leon
Mama Valeria: I'm glad my little Leon is keeping his promise by phoning me every two weeks.
Leon: I always keep my promises. How are you doing Mama?
Mama Valeria: I'm very well thank you my boy. How are you and my favourite, little Tini doing?
Leon: Give me one second, Mama Valeria.
I called Violetta to come and talk to Mama Valeria.
Leon: My love, it seems like you've been promoted as Mama Valeria's favourite.
Violetta: Aww, she's also my favourite.
Leon: What about me?
Violetta: You're my second favourite, okay.
Leon: Wow thanks, let me put it on speaker so you can talk to her.
Violetta: Hello, Mama Valeria! I miss you!
Mama Valeria: Hello, my little Tini! I miss you too! Is my little Leon taking care of you?
Violetta: Yes, he has been a bit irresponsible lately, but he's taking care of me, and he is making me happy, like always.
Mama Valeria: That's good. I have to go now, but I hope to speak to you in two weeks' time. I love you both so much! Bye!
Violetta, Leon: We love you too! Bye!
We got ready to go to Francesca and Diego's house as they told us all that they have a surprise. I obviously knew what it was, but everyone else didn't, not even Leon.
Leon: What do you think is so important that they have to tell us?
Violetta: I'm not sure, what do you think it is?
Leon: I think that they're engaged. What else could it be?
Violetta: Like I said, I'm not sure.
Leon: You know... I think you are sure, but you just don't want to tell me. You all know, but you don't want to tell me.
He put his arms around my waist, and I put mine around his neck.
Violetta: I'm sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about.
Leon: Oh yeah right. Come on, just tell me if I'm right or if I'm wrong.
I snickered and gave him a quick kiss.
Violetta: Let's go to Fran's and you'll find out.
I held his hand and pulled him with me to the car. We then drove to their house and arrived at the same time as Ludmila and Federico.
Francesca: Hey guys, great you're finally all here!
We came inside and greeted everyone there. Diego told everyone to sit down as they wanted to tell us the news immediately.
Francesca: So, we called you all here because we wanted to tell you all something important.
Diego: Well, Francesca and I...
Francesca: We're engaged!
Everyone started screeching and screaming for the happy couple.
Francesca: And obviously, you all are going to be bridesmaids and groomsmen, but I'd like to ask if Vilu and Cami could be my maids of honour. I couldn't choose who, so I thought, why not both of you.
Camila, Violetta: We'd be honoured Fran!
Diego: I've decided to also have two best men, and have chosen Leon as well as Fede. If you're up for it?
Leon, Federico: We'd love to, man!
The gang congratulated the couple and we all separated into our groups and we took a champagne bottle each, one for the girls and the other for the boys.
Francesca's (POV)
Violetta: Excuse me, I need to go to the bathroom.
As Violetta left the room, Ludmila and Camila were whispering to each other for a while.
Francesca: What are you guys whispering about?
Ludmila: Vilu has gone to the bathroom thrice in the last hour and every time she goes, Leon glances at her and gets anxious.
Naty: So, what are you saying?
Camila: What if she has a bun in the oven?
Bridget: Why is Violetta baking bread?
Naty: No, she means that she's pregnant.
Francesca: Can't be! She would've told us already!
Camila: But you guys just told us you're engaged, maybe she wouldn't want to ruin your moment.
Naty: I don't think she's pregnant, she would've not taken a glass of champagne if she was.
Ludmila: But did you see her take a sip? Maybe she threw it out when she went to the bathroom, so that she can hide the fact that she's pregnant. Think about it!
Camila: Okay, when she comes back, offer her another glass of champagne and let's see if she drinks it.
We all agreed and then Violetta came back and seemed normal. She looked at Leon and nodded her head. Camila then whispered to us.
Camila: See, she's signalling to Leon that she's okay!
Violetta noticed us whispering and wondered what was going on.
Violetta: Is everything okay?
Ludmila: Yes, we're great. Is everything alright with you? How's you and Leon? How's married life? Any big things that happened?
Violetta: No, not really. We've been fine, he's been with the band and I've been working on my new songs.
Bridget: Oh, so you're not baking bread?
Violetta: What?
Camila: Don't mind Bridget, she doesn't know what she's saying when she drinks. Speaking of drinking, why don't you have some.
Violetta: I'm fine thanks, I've already had enough.
Ludmila: No, it's Fran's big day! You must drink! Why don't we get you another glass.
Camila went to go and get another glass and poured Violetta some champagne. Violetta accepted the glass, but she didn't drink.
Violetta: Excuse me once more, I forgot something in the bathroom.
She walked to the bathroom and a minute later, Leon followed her. All the boys rushed to us and asked what was going on.
Maxi: They've been acting weird since they came in.
Broduey: Yeah, he's always looking over his shoulder, checking if she's alright. There's something going on there.
Bridget: We think that she's baking bread.
Naty: No, we said that we think she has a bun in the oven!
Maxi: You really think she's pregnant?
Ludmila: Well look, she's gone to the bathroom at least 4 times in the last hour, she hasn't been drinking any alcoholic beverage, Leon keeps looking at her, they are always signalling to one another and he just went and followed her up there!
Federico: I'm going to be an uncle!
Meanwhile in the bathroom...
Leon's (POV)
I saw Violetta go into the bathroom for the 4th time and I started to get worried. I followed her up there and saw her on her knees with her head by the toilet, vomiting.
Leon: Are you alright, my love?
Violetta: I'm fine, go before they suspect that something is going on!
Leon: No, I'm staying. I'm not going to let you go through any of this alone. We're in this together, all of us.
I came closer and sat on the edge of the bathtub and held her hand and her hair as she spewed her guts out.
Violetta: I don't think I can keep this up for much longer.
Leon: Then what are we waiting for, let's just tell them. Just say, "Guys, I'm pregnant." That's all.
She flushed the toilet and she got her toothbrush from her toiletries.
Violetta: I want to, but we haven't even told my dad yet and I really wanted him to be the first to know.
Leon: Okay, but we've been in here for a while now, what is our excuse going to be this time?
I waited for her to finish brushing her teeth so she could answer me.
Violetta: Make something up, you're good at doing that, right?
Leon: I think we should just tell them, but it's okay. I'll try to make up something for you.
She kissed me and walked out leaving her toiletries there for me to pack away and take. She waited for me outside and then we walked together to the gang, seeing them in a big group glaring at us.
Ludmila: They definitely have something to tell us!
Violetta: What makes you say that?
Camila: One, you've been in that bathroom way too many times for long periods of time. Two, we give you champagne, and you go to the bathroom and then it's suddenly always empty when you return and three, your husband is carrying your toiletry bag in his hand, why on earth would you have your toiletries here?
Leon: I told you that we should've told them.
Violetta: Yeah, okay. We can say it together. Well guys um...
Leon, Violetta: We're having baby!
Everyone: Yeah, we figured!
They all congratulated Violetta and I. Francesca and Diego decided to have the wedding a month after the baby was born as they wanted us both to definitely be there at the wedding. The rest of the afternoon was full of banter and laughs and when it began to get dark, we all started to head home. When we got home, Violetta's phone rang, and she spoke for about 20 minutes.
Leon: Who were you talking to?
Violetta: I was talking to my dad, we're seeing them tomorrow for lunch. Oh, and I've invited your parents too.
Leon: Oh, so we're telling them both at the same time now?
Violetta: Yes, he won't kill us if your parents are there too.
Leon: No, he'll just pull me aside and then kill me.
Violetta: That won't happen, he loves you a lot and you know that.
Leon: I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow. Look, even though it wasn't 100 percent planned, I'm still glad that night happened.
Violetta: Yeah same. Even though you were incredibly irresponsible, I'm happy, and I still love you.
Leon: I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. My wife is just too irresistible.
