Dear Jacob,
Keeping my head down is a difficult task, especially when I am probably completely recognizable as I try to go unnoticed passing you, her, and your crew in the hallway. I know that hiding in this school will do me the opposite: attract attention.
When you and your clique pass by, laughing loudly and banging lockers and generally having a great time, it is impossible not to watch you smile in delight. Barely catching a glimpse of your grin, I see the real reaon you're smiling.

Gazing into her eyes, oh so lovey dovey, she stares intently back into yours.
Obliviously, the attention I'd given when we were together wasn't enough for you, so you left me and not even a day later, you had someone else under your wing. It was like Amanda Bynes (me), dating Jay-Z (you). The puzzle piece just didn't fit. When you left me, I was like a fish out of water, barely breathing without your air.
So I write this letter, and if by fate you come across it, all I'm asking for is a piece of your heart.
