"THE VIDEO WAS sent to them by an enormous source, they showed it to me when I got home. It was probably the same person who sent it to you. It was loaded onto Spencer's laptop. This time we saw who Alison was talking to. It was Ian. He told her to come closer and she did. Ian and Alison were together the weekend before she went missing. Spencer called Hilton Head, she spoke to the desk clark. Ian lied to me and Spencer he stayed at Hilton Head that summer."
The detective leaned closer. "This is what I don't understand. Ian was a star athlete, right? popular guy. Dating a beautiful woman like your sister. You really think he'd risk all that to be with Alison? She was barely fifteen."
"Well, maybe he has a thing for younger girls."
"Why would you say that?"
"I don't know."
"Were there any other younger girls he was interested in?"
"Not that I know off."
My mum and I walked out the interrogation room with the detective behind us.
"Will you be available for more questions?" the detective asked.
Mum nodded. "The girls have nothing to hide."
"Who ever said the truth will set you free never met A." Aria scoffed staring at our parents
"Jesus." Emily sighed. Seeing the looks we were giving her she explained "Its from the bible. Jesus said it."
"Aria's right because that bitch is going straight to hell." Hanna agreed.
"I wasn't completely honest." I admitted. "I should have been but my mum was right next to me and with the whole Wren and Spencer thing I couldn't bring myself to say that I also hooked up with Ian."
Aria shook her head softly. "That has nothing to do with this."
"I lied about it to Lexi." Emily told me.
"You know something's telling the true does more harm then good."
"Who said that?" Sp3ncer asked Hanna.
"Alison." Hanna muttered looking down.
"Hey Emily." An officer greeted walking towards us.
Emily took a minute before she recognised him. "Garrett?."
I looked at him shocked. It's been a long time since I've seen him since any of us had seen him.
"Your a cop now?" Aria asked shocked.
"Look sorry they're putting you through this."
"Officer Reynolds." The detective called out making us all turn.
"Probably wants another refill in his coffee and another jelly donut." Garrett remarked before walking off.
"He looks good in a uniform."
I roll my eyes at Hanna's comment.
SPENCER AND I walked down the stairs into the living room. I couldn't sleep this whole thing was playing with my brain. I was surprised to see my mum and dad seated having coffee together.
"Did you guys get some sleep?" Dad asked as he poured a cup of coffee.
"A little." I answer tiredly.
"We all needed a night to settle down and rethink this." Mum said as I took a seat next to her.
"Have you talked to Melissa?" Spencer asked.
"Yeah, yeah. We talked to Melissa and Ian. They weren't that surprised."
"In hindsight your sister saw it coming. And we should have too."
I furrowed my eyebrows. "Saw what coming."
"We should have insisted that you girls see someone after they found Alison. We 're not blaming you. We're blaming ourselves."
"L-Like a shrink?" Spencer questioned .
Mum looked at the both of us silently before looking at dad then her coffee.
"Dad?" I whispered looking at him.
"Look you girls told the police everything you know." Spencer nodded. "So while they doing their job we think you girls should see a therapist. Talk about how you feel."
I looked at dad then mum next to me. I couldn't believe this.
"I feel scared, okay." Spencer told them tearfully. "I feel scared everyday that his here. Please there is nothing wrong with us."
Spencer turned her face away to wipe her tears when Ian and Melissa walked.
Melissa walked forward. "I hope you both get the help you need."
"Spencer, Lexi I hope you know I'm not angry with you. I'm confused but not mad."
"What I don't understand is why you came back to Rosewood. You got away with it." I told Ian.
"Your sick." Melissa barked.
"Melissa." Dad said trying to get her to stop.
"That's how I deal with this dad. I have to believe they ill."
"If you had just stayed away no one would have ever known." Spencer told him
"Now that's enough." Mum said
"The trophy wasn't real but that doesn't man he didn't do it." I told her.
"Oh My God do you hear yourself." Melissa asked.
"I'm just making things worse by being here. Spencer , Lexi I might what I said." Ian told us before walking out.
"Why can't the both of you just let me be happy?" Melissa asked after watching Ian leave.
"This isn't about you." Spencer cried out.
"Your right like always it's about the both of you."
"Look I know what this might look like-"
Mum shook her head cutting Spencer off. "No, I don't think you do."
"I CAN'T BELIEVE this is happening." Spencer let out as we walked with Hanna.
"Do you want us to talk to them for you."
I shook my head. "No."
"Who?" Emily asked as we reached her.
"Spencer and Lexi's parents they think nuts."
"Unstable." Spencer corrected Hanna.
I shrugged. "Why should they believe us. We have no proof. We are the girls Who cried wolf."
"Yeah and the wolf is living in your backyard." Hanna reminded us.
"Right, which is why I need to get in the room 214."
"Spencer thinks Jenna has a room Edgewood motor court. Hanna explained to Emily.
"Did you say 214?" Emily asked
"And I saw the bag Ian gave her. It's in the room."
"Okay I think we need to take a break from playing Charlie's angles. I don't want to spend another night with Rosewood P.D."
"Hey!" Spencer exclaimed rushing over to Garrett
"And there goes Lucy Liu." Hanna commented.
I SAT WAITING. A part of me knew the chances of him showing up were zero but I had hope. I jumped up excitedly when I heard a knock on the door.
"Hi." I greeted him I would have given him a hug but I don't think we are there yet.
"Hi." I made space for him to get in. "Nice place. Whose?"
"Mine. Well actually it belongs to Alicia Brown. A recent graduate from Harvard."
Raven nodded before sharply turning to me. "Does this Alicia Brown's real name happen to be Alexandria Hastings?"
I smirked before taking a seat on the couch offering him a seat opposite me.
"Are you going to tell me the truth about what really happened to Jenna." Raven asked me as he took a seat.
"You know, Ali was smart. Way smarter then people believed her to be. She loved using people as well-"
Raven shook his head cutting me off. "What does this have to do with what happened to Jenna?"
"I'm getting there. Jenna's first mistake when she got to this town was saying no to Alison's offer to join our group. It didn't help when Ali tired to kiss Toby and he said he wasn't interested in her. Ali was angry so she was going to burn down his garage but she was going to ruin him first so she told the girls that he was watching us as we were getting dressed. As she was throwing the stink bomb she saw Jenna one would think that she would back track and change her mind but no she threw it in. Ali and I knew that Toby and Jenna were sleeping together sexually so we told him if he didn't take the fall of it we'd tell everyone. What we didn't know was that Jenna was forcing Toby to sleep with her. He never wanted to."
It was silent all. Raven staring at me I could smell him judging me from where I was seated.
"I'm looking at you right now and I just don't see it. You seem so nice but evil-"
"Raven that was a year ago. I've changed."
"I love you but I need to see for myself that you have changed."
I kept quite watching as he stood up and left.
I JOINED SPENCER and Melissa after hearing Spencer ask why there was a police car in the drive way.
"Did they talk to Ian?" Spencer asked.
"Did they find that he was at Hilton Head with Ali?" I added.
"No, he wasn't with Alison he was with me." Melissa said before her eyes started watering. "He lied to protect me. I was pregnant that summer and we went ther eto have an abortion."
I stared at Melissa with wide eyes not believing what she just said.
"I lost the baby before I went to the doctor. That's why this baby is so important to me."
"Ohh Lexi, Spencer, we are trying to help you but you need to start being completely honest with us." Mum said as she and dad walked into the room.
"The police are waiting in the living room. They know you lied to them."
"Honey they know you were seeing Ian." When mum said that I looked towards the door she and dad came from and saw Garrett.
