"OKAY SO YOUR sisters pregnant, how'd that happen?" Hanna asked
"I figured pretty much the usual way." Spencer told her
"It's not really a how question it more of a why question." Emily tells us.
"Um, I guess Melissa could have gone all maternal but I doubt it." I shrug.
"This is so creepy." Hanna shakes her head.
"Where are they now?" Emily asks
"Philadelphia, Shopping." Spencer answers.
"What do you think this means?" Hanna asks Spencer gesturing to the laptop.
"I don't know but Toby wanted us to have it." Spencer grabs a piece if paper. "There." She pulls up a Braille website. "Its in Braille, so..."
"You don't want to see this Aria?" Emily asks
"No I can see just fine from here."
"The first letters a B, A,-"
"I think it's gonna tell us who A is?" Hanna says
"- D?" Spencer finishes translating the word.
"B-A-D." Emily reads out.
"BAD." Hanna nods
"Is the whole message bad?" Spencer asks
"What is this supposed to mean?" Emily asks
"It means you got punk'd." Aria tells her. "Tiny doesn't trust us. I don't blame him."
Emily shook her head. "No, I don't think he'd mess with us like this."
"You'd be surprised what people are cable off."
"You guys we have to figure this out. This might be a joke buying might be something real."
"Yeah, well look either way Toby is not the enemy." Hanna says
"You know what guys I'm gonna go." Aria says grabbing her things and leaving.
"What was that all about?" I asked Hanna
Hanna shrugs. "How should I know?"
"YOU KNOW ARIA might be right about this. Toby does have every reason to give us a hard time." Emily said to me and Spencer
"I suppose. It's just it's not the feeling I got from talking to him. Do you know what I mean?" Spencer sighed
"Yeah I do."
"Hey." Aria and Hanna greet joining us.
"What is with you and the Artful Dodger?" I ask Hanna
"Who?"
"Caleb." Emily explains
"I thought the swim meet was a once off." Spencer says
"Its was."
"We just saw you talking to him." Emily tells her
"You gave him something that looked like a wet oven mitt." Spencer says
"It was his hat." Hanna corrects
"What you doing with his hat?" Emily asks
"Why shouldn't I have his hat?" Hanna asks
"Hanna, maybe tour looking for something a little edgier after Sean." Spencer says and we all chuckle. "But this guys dark."
"Spencer his not that dark."
"His dark enough."
"Well his not Arthur Dodger who ever that is."
"Yeah his just had it tough." Aria says
"Are you two on speaking terms again?" I ask.
Aria nods. "Of cause we are."
"You really need to be careful about that guy." Emily warns
"Well it seems to me we had this conversation once about Toby." Hanna says
"I'm looking for Coach Fulton." A male voice says loudly grabbing our attention.
"Is the coach expecting you?" Ezra asks
"The coach is avoiding me. That's what the is doing."
"Are you a parent?" Ezra asks standing up.
"Yes I'm a parent. Nick McCullers. My daughters Paige McCullers."
"I have your daughter in English com. I'm Ezra Fitz."
"The coach."
"Tell you what. Why don't we walk down to the principles office and sew if we can find coach Fulton."
"I've seen the principle. And all I got was a lot of politically double talk about the agenda and the place. It's penalizing my daughter taking opportunities away from her and giving them to someone who doesn't deserve them."
"Everybody gets a fair chance here Mr. McCullers. We go out of our way to make sure that's how it works."
"My girl is the best swimmer on that team and you can't give it to somebody because-"
"You in a cafeteria Mr. McCullers filled with kids trying to have lunch. I don't think that's the audience you want, is it?" Ezra asks him
"WHEN ARE YOU supposed to see Toby?" Emily asked as we walked down the stairs at the store.
"Tomorrow. When Jenna's at her music lesson." Spencer says
"Take." Hanna tells aria holding a black leather jacket to her.
"No you take it." Aria insists.
"The storm has passed." I tell Spencer and Emily.
"What was going on with you two." Emily asks them.
"Okay." Aria let's out a breathe "Okay so you know how I went to that museum with Ezra?" we all nod "Well A tried to get Hanna to ruin it."
"Ruin it how?" Spencer asks
"A gave me another ticket and made me give it to Aria's mum."
"God Hanna why didn't you tell us what was happening?" Emily asked
"Well I tried to stop it. I mean her mum's car didn't just stall. Caleb fixed it. To keep her from getting there and that's why I owe him."
"Yeah and his been the one breaking into the vending machines at school. Wait his particularly living there." Aria tells us.
"In school?" I ask thinking I heard wrong.
"They found his stuff so his not sleeping there anymore. His sleeping on my basement."
We all stare at Hanna
"Wait rewind that a little for me." Aria tells her
"Does your mum know?" Emily asked
"No but it's just for a couple of nights so-"
"Couple of nights are you crazy?" Spencer asks.
"Guys." Emily calls out looking behind Aria and Hanna causing us all to turn and look.
We all walk closer so we can hear and see.
"I want it to be perfect. He likes lace." Jenna says telling the lady that's helping her.
I KNOCKED ONTO Raven's front door waiting for someone to open up.
"Hey sweetie." Raven's mother greeted me with a kiss on the cheek.
"Hey."
"Thank you so much for joining me." She tells me leading me into the kitchen.
"Hey, it's no problem I had nothing better to do really." I shrug
"So I want to make chocolate chip cookies but without supervision I will end up eating the chocolatey dough." She says
My eyes widened. "I'm sorry but you have the wrong person to supervise."
"But-"
"I also eat the chocolatey dough." We both sigh before laughing.
"You know what let's do this if we eat the dough then it is what it is." She tells me grabbing everything we need.
WE WERE A laughing mess covered in dough and chocolate when Raven and his dad walked in.
"What happened?" Raven asks walking to me.
"We couldn't keep ourselves away from the dough." I say waving my spoon at him.
He laughed. "Your covered in flour." He says wiping some out of my face.
"Lexi, you should go shower and also I think it's best of you sleep here tonight as its already late." Raven's dad says as he leaves the room with Raven's mum.
Iook at the time on my watch. "oh my gosh I didn't realize it got so late." I say with a slight laugh
Raven grabs my hand "Come on. let's get you freshened up."
