Mavis' pov
As I was running towards Todoroki and Inasa, the other students ran to the civilians in the save zone, getting them far away from the danger. Hottie was close behind me even when I stopped he still ran towards Gang Orca, trying to attack him on his own. "You idiot, don't attack him on your own!" My insult went unheard and I only sighed while I watched him with furrowed brows.
He had the audacity to command me around. "You go with the others, protect the injured ones!"
"Don't command me around, bitch!" Just as he attacked the clones with his earth quirk, Gang Orca attacked him. He paralyzed that idiotic little kid and he fell back first on the ground.
More clones came our way, but Todoroki freezed their feet so they were unable to move. I took the opportunity and brought Shindo back, away from Gang Orca with my quirk. The though of just making some blood cells pop inside of him was tempting, but at the end I fought back the voice in my head.
I sent Shindo to the others that ran away, and watched him fly like a sleeping princess just to be sure that I controlled him correctly.
When I turned back around, I witnessed how Todoroki and Inasa were bickering around, IN A FUCKING FIGHT. No wonder they are still looked down upon. They are still children. I always had to remind myself that they have no fight experience whatsoever.
"Why'd you use your flames?! The heat makes the wind rise!" Yoarashi yelled, flying in the air thanks to his quirk.
Todoroki gritted his teeth "Because the ice was blocked earlier! Didn't you do that on purpose? Your wind blew away my flames!"
"You're the one who did it on purpose to keep me from getting all the glory!"
"Huh? Why would I do that?!"
"Could you guys just shut up and concentrate! We are in the middle of a villain attack!" I snapped but got ignored by both of them. I could have sworn I felt my vein pop on my forehead as I realized I got ignored by literal children. Wannabe heroes. Unexperienced sloths.
"Why wouldn't you? I mean, you're the son of that Endeavor!"
Simple minded children. Mentally unstable babies.
"What the hell's been wrong with you this whole time?! My old man has nothing to do with it-" before Todoroki could finish, he was hit with mud?
They even have a slow reaction time. Why am I here again?
"Cement Gun! It'll harden up really fast and make it hard for you to move!" Gang Orca explained and I immediately bended the fresh cement off of Todoroki. Fresh cement contains water, so as long as it didn't dry I could still control it.
"This is outrageous. I can't believe you two would start arguing here." I gritted through my teeth, wishing nothing more than to have experienced and strategically intelligent people besides me right now. At second thought, I straightened my back. Since when do I care so much? It's not like it's a real mission.
The clones started to shoot with these cement guns and I made a shield for both, me and Todoroki out of water that was strong enough to protect us. I couldn't do the same for Yoarashi because he is in the air, but he is a dick towards Todoroki so I don't care about him much.
Yoarashi dodged the cement shots in the air and still argued with Todo. "What do you mean, it has nothing to do with him? It definitely does!"
Todo helped me out and freezed my water wall, so I didn't have to hold it anymore. I straightened my stance and looked around slowly.
"To me, heroes are passionate! With their passionate hearts, they bring hope and inspiration to people! Their passion comes through! That's why it was a shock! Because nothing came through in those eyes except a cold, cold anger! And then, at the entrance exam, I saw you and I knew who you were immediately. Because you... had the exact same eyes!" He kept on going, talking about how he encountered with Todoroki's dad and Todoroki.
I would have said it would suck to be him, but I have experienced worse things than this. And there are multiple scenarios. Children these days grow up so entitled.
"That same..?" Todo mumbled besides me.
"That's ridiculous. I'm not the same as him."
"That's enough, stop listening to him and focus on the exam." I told him, keeping my eyes in front of me.
Todorki and Inasa tried to attack Gang Orca again, and blocked each others attacks with their own.
"Stop that bullshit!" I flicked my hand aggressively to the side and Gang Orca flew to his left side, crashing to a mountain of bricks hard. I didn't even spare him a glance. I had to admit though, I used an excessive amount of power on flicking him away. It made me cringe internally.
But I was pissed. The only thing they did is get in their and my way of passing this fucking exam. And as if that isn't all, they bicker like an old couple.
I didn't know when, but Shindo managed to jog back to us. Todo's fire made its way to him and Shindo couldn't block it. I helped in the last second and made a water wall in front of him, blocking the fire.
"Are you guys... FUCKING DONE?!" I lost my shit, I could just murder them here and now, and they looked at me wide eyed. Oh so now they decide to spare me a moment of thought? They ignored for 10 minutes, bickering back and forth and now they look at me as if I have done something outrageous??????
I was so furios, that I didn't see Gang Orca coming back and reaching out for Todo. Just as Yoarashi wanted to help Todo, Gang Orca attacked him with his quirk and Yoarashi started to scream. He fell down from the sky because his body got paralyzed, so I jumped up, with water under my feet, catapulting myself towards the falling boy.
Just as I catched him, I heard Todoroki calling for us. When I turned my head, I saw how Gang Orca grabbed Todos throat. We landed safely on the ground and I laid the boy in my arms on the ground.
Gang Orca paralyzed Todo, still holding him by his throat up and Todoroki gritted his teeth in pain. That's it. What kind of hero would strangle a fucking kid?
I raised both my hands in front of me and manipulated Gang Orcas body. He let go of Todoroki slowly and turned towards me.
My left hand turned sideways, and slowly pointed downwards. Gang Orca's body followed my hand move, he kneeled down and his hands found their way behind his head. The clones wanted to attack me, and I let out a sigh as I heard them nearing me. Turning sideways to the clones, I flicked my right hand to the side sloppily and only half of them were thrown away.
Just as the other half of the clones were a couple of feet away from me, Todoroki's and Yoarashi's quirk bonded together and threw the rest of the clones away from me. Cute.
The clones that went another way to attack the others who ran away with the civilians, turned around our way and started to shoot with their guns.
Todo made a wall of ice and shielded us all with it. At least, he tried to.
"Well, what's next?" Gang Orca bid out. I looked back, from the ice wall that was nearly breaking to Gang Orca and let out a sigh, trying to maintain my peace and not slaughter all of them right here.
Me and Gang Orca held eye contact and I whispered 'sleepy'. His eyelids fell and I let go of his body watching him land on the ground face first.
A buzzer went off. "Um, at this moment, all the H.U.C. who were deployed, have been rescued from the danger zone. It may seem arbitrary, but with this, all the provisional licensing exam procedures have been completed."
"After we tally the scores, we will announce the results here. Those who were injured should go to the infirmary. The rest of you should change and then stand by."
'Thank the gods. Get me the fuck out of here.'

"61 point... I barely passed..." Tail guy mumbled, standing besides cum elbows who had a grin on his face. "I got 84! Look, isn't it amazing? I'm kind of good at this, huh?" They handed out our papers and lots of students were happy, chatting with their friends and classmates.
Bakugo and Todoroki failed, even Mineta passed the exam.
"Wait, Yao-momo, you got 94 points?!" Jirou exclaimed wide-eyed, while Momo had a smile of pride on her face.
"Mavis, how much points did you get?" Mina came from my other side with a grin. She was proud of herself for passing the exam, and I wish I could feel the same way. Good grades in school mean nothing to me.
"I got full points." I mumbled and showed her my paper. Her jaw dropped and her eyes widened. "What?! How did you get full points?!" She snatched the paper out of my hand and examined it further, just to let it sink in her head.
I shrugged my shoulders. Maybe because I was the only rational thinking student out there that was fighting that Orca.
