even the red nail polish i would occasionally do my nails with
but once you stopped caring and stopped giving me daily affirmations, that bright red that you loved, was then turned into a dark red that you hated
i honestly didn't think you'd hate it, i thought you'd enjoy it — the dark red gushing out of my very veins
you had always loved red, so why do you so suddenly hate this shade of red?
everything i had ever done was for you and only you
