Walking around the forest with his mind full of various thoughts, Seojoon couldn't help but wonder about Minho's behavior towards Jia.
*Does he like her or something?* A question that was replaying in his mind every few seconds.
A part of his heart was afraid of the answer to that question.
He didn't want it to turn into an affirmative sentence from an interrogative one.
Why though?
He had no idea...
Or maybe he was pretending like he didn't?
Cause only some people know that being in love isn't as hard as realizing it and accepting it.
"Damn it... Whatever." Seojoon muttered ruffling his hair before settling himself down on a big rock near a banyan tree.
Closing his eyes and leaning his head on the tree, his mind went back to the happenings of the last night and the very day's morning for some reason.
Though his eyes and body desperately wanted a good amount of rest due to staying up all night because of looking after Jia, his mind was too overwhelmed with the waves of thoughts about a couple of things but...the majority of thoughts being about Jia.
The way his pair of eyes met those of hers in the morning...
The way he was in distress because of her health during the last night...
The way he couldn't help but let out a sigh every time he thinks about her...
The way he was realizing at this very moment that he has fcked up real bad...
"FCK YOU STUPID HARMONES!" He cursed his harmonies loudly throwing a punch in the air angrily.
Though little did he knew that the real culprit behind all these stupid feelings was in the left side of his chest smiling evilly to itself.
~Few Hours Later~
••Jia's Pov••
"What did you say?!" I heard that guy, Taemin ask shooting daggers at Minho Oopa as I walked outside of the room which I suppose belong to Seojoon.
"He was the one who started the fight!" Minho Oppa raised his voice with an annoyed look.
"So you let him leave the house alone? Huh? I can't with you guys.. Seriously. Just what the hell are you three? 5 years old kids?!" Taemin shouted back at them.
"It was my fault that I over reacted. I shouldn't have talked to him like that..." Sara trailed off with a frown.
"Took you long enough to realize, Sara. Better be ready to face the consequences of both of your two's actions. I won't forgive you two ever if anything unfortunate happens to him..." Taemin gave a last look of disappointment to both of them before making his way out of the house probably to search for Seojoon.
"He even left his cell phone in his room.. How are we gonna find him now..." Sara sighed with a worried expression towards Minho Oppa before walking out of the house too.
"Ahh...I'm losing my sht..." Minho Oppa exclaimed with an annoyed tone only to flinch a bit when I placed my hand on his shoulder to get his attention.
"What the hell? Are you trying to give me a heart attack?!"
"Sorry. I didn't want to startle you." I gave him a sheepish smile as he shook his head as a sign of saying 'it's okay'.
"By the way..."
"Hmm?"
"What's going on in between that guy, Seojoon? I mean at first it seemed like you guys get along so well. But now I feel like something about these him is a matter of argument among you four..." Hearing my words, he zoned out for a moment like I opened a old hurtful wound.
There was a silence of some moment like he was comprehending what to disclose before he finally opened his mouth.
"We do get along well now too but not as good as we used to... Things have been getting complicated between us... To be direct, the thing is Sara really likes Seojoon. Really really much. But Seojoon...that guy doesn't hold those kinds of feelings for her at all. It's been years since we've been friends. And for the sake of our friendship, Seojoon has been hiding the fact that he's aware of the kind of feelings that Sara holds for him. He doesn't want to ruin their friendship by confronting her about this matter. For him, she's just a small kid for whom he cares dearly and won't let anything hurt her. And to be honest, I personally think this is all a bullsht. Whether he agrees or not, I think he has hurt her more this way than she might have been hurt if he had confronted her about her feelings. Sometimes, I feel like her feelings are a joke to him and he is hurting her intentionally. I mean I know breaking her heart isn't any less hurtful but letting her keep those false hopes is much worse. I just can't with that guy... He's sometimes too good that it makes me want to chop his heart!" He spoke clenching his fist making all his veins visible.
Oh...Seems like a huge mess.
Seeing me not saying anything, he sighed before speaking up, "There's no good in thinking about it. It's none of our business. I don't care what that guy decides and does anymore. Just few more days and I'll be free from all this nonsense."
"Few more days? How though?"
"The main revenge why the four of us have been together for so long is finally coming to an end. I just hope everything goes well." He said with a smirk.
"Revenge? Don't tell me you guys are murderer or something... "
"Nope. The thing we're gonna do is thousands times worse than a murder for us. Taking lives is not our cup of tea."
"Worse than a murder? What is i- Never mind. What does it have to do with me anyways.. I would just get sick again if I think even a second more about you guys and your missions or whatever the hell it is." I spoke shrugging off the matter and got a agreeing nod from Minho Oppa before he left the place too.
Seeing him leave the house, I heaved a sigh of relief.
Few more days... Revenge... Worse than a murder...?
What the fk are these guys planning?!
And why the hell they've kidnapped me for such thing?!
Minho oppa knows very well about my identity, then why did he still chose me to be kidnapped?
Whatever is their plan, I'm never in a million years letting it succeed if it's something really criminal...
But Minho Oppa said it's nothing like this... Could it be that he lied?
No. He won't do that considering the fact that he knows my personality very well....
Then what is their revenge...?
And...
Where is that kidnapper?
~A Few Days Later~
"The first court hearing has been done. Just as we expected, the news is all over the country. Whether we win the case or not, one things is for sure that the president has now came into the suspicious eyes of the citizens and media. The next date of hearing is on the Monday of 3rd week of this month. Our case is strong enough to win over him. It went well for our side in this hearing. Let's just hope things go well on the next hearing as well for us." I heard Taemin say to Minho Oppa and Sara.
Don't tell me they're committing treason....
"Did you get any signs of Seojoon in the hearing..?" Sara asked.
"No... I didn't got a chance to search for him properly as I myself had went into hiding for the hearing. You know we can't take risk of going freely into public areas. Though, I'm sure he wasn't present in the court at least."
"Did you hear about the theft in kwak dong sik's house?" Minho Oppa asked.
"I did...The theft was done very neatly that for a moment, I though one of us did that. I wonder who could it be..." Taemin replied.
"Could it be Seojoon...?" Minho Oppa trailed off.
