Y/N POV
You thought time had slowed down as you stared at the bullet aiming for one of you. You don't know where you got the courage from but you immediately pointed the gun towards Minho. It was hard for you since didn't have the usual finger to pull the trigger. Also, you never shot a gun before so you closed your eyes and pulled the trigger using your middle finger.
You felt the force of the gun as it released the bullet and you heard Minho screamed in pain but you also heard someone else. You opened your eyes to see Minho holding his arm and Ji Eun on the floor, blood soaking from her stomach. Jungkook picks her up bridal style as he begs for her to stay awake. Jimin grabs your arm pulling you towards the exit.
Everything was moving so quickly that you didn't know your legs were moving. Taehyung was in front of you and behind you is Jungkook carrying Ji Eun in his arms. Minho was running after you all, shooting as much gunshots and he could, but he misses each time. You were closer to the exit. You could see the door in front of you. Taehyung pushes the door open and you felt the cold wind on your face.
You made your first step outside and you could see everyone, including Yoongi and Hoseok. You see D/N running towards you and Jimin with open arms and tears in her eyes. You were about to grab her into your arms with all the happiness radiating inside of you. You were free, you thought. You was finally free with everyone alive but another gunshot took you out of your thoughts.
You turned around to see Jungkook falling onto the ground, taking Ji Eun down with him. He collapsed onto the ground, blood soaking the back of his shirt. You see Minho standing in front of the door, pointing the gun at all of you.
Again, everything was moving quickly. "Jungkook!" you shouted as you swiftly ran to his side with Minho coming towards you. You knelt next to Jungkook, trying to get him to move. His eyes were semi-open as he looks up at you. "Go. You and the others go."
Minho was now above you, pointing the gun at your head. "This is not how I wanted to kill you but it shall do."
"Mommy!" you heard D/N crying for you and you heard Minho was ready to shoot but before he could pull the trigger, someone leaped towards Minho, pushing him onto the ground. You could see all the guys except Seokjin trying to hold back Minho and take the gun away from him.
Jimin got the gun from Minho and Namjoon punches him, making him a fall onto the ground. He laughs through his now bloody teeth as he looks at all of you with a devilish glee in his eyes. "Is that all you got?"
Before you knew it, they all gathered around Minho. You haven't seen the guys so violent before, you thought as you watched them beat Minho on the ground. D/N ran next to you and you grabbed her into your arms, blocking her face from the situation. Minho didn't stand a chance and he was now on the ground bleeding from everywhere possible.
You picked up the gun which you dropped while running to Jungkook. You walked towards Minho and looked down at him. You looked at the man you used to once love. The man who has cause you much pain and trauma. You pointed the gun at him, pointing it directly to his head.
"Just answer me this one thing, why did you do any of this?"
Minho laughed again and it was clear that he had totally lost it. He wasn't a human anymore. "It was all a fun game!" he laughed.
"This is not how I wanted to kill you but it shall do." You heard D/N screamed when the bullet went through Minho's head. You stared at him and watched as his blood flowed on the ground. You felt satisfied. You felt like all your problems and trouble has gone away when you pulled that trigger. Minho was dead.
You dropped the gun and fall onto the ground, staring at Minho's lifeless body. You can't believe what you have done. The guys all ran to your side as well as D/N. Tears began to fall down your face. Its over, you thought. It's finally over.
1 year later
You gave yourself a small smile as you stared at yourself in the mirror. Even though today isn't a happy one, it's better than a year ago. Life was slightly getting better, it wasn't great but you are alive. You still get nightmares of being in the room. Minho showing you everyone on the screen but instead everyone dies. You've been having the same dream for a year. You looked at her hand with your finger missing. You felt like it would always be a reminder of what happened but you are getting through it.
Jimin is always there and prepared to comfort you every time you wake up in the middle of the night. It doesn't always help but you know he is trying his best, especially since he is struggling as well. You all been taking therapy, even with D/N. It pains you know that your daughter went through something so terrible at a young age.
Just as you thought of her, you hear the little footsteps running down the hall, getting louder as they approached your bedroom.
"Mommy! I can't find my flower!" D/N stands in the door way with a pout on her face.
"Did you look hard enough?"
"Yessss" she whines. You could hear Jimin calling D/N's name. Jimin suddenly appeared in front of the door, taking D/N into his arms. She laughs as Jimin starts to tickle her. Seeing both of them happy is all you want in your life, not only them but all of you. "Stop playing around or we would be late."
"Let's go before mommy scolds us," Jimin said as he takes D/N away to her room to find her flower. You took a deep breath and finally puts on the black shoes to match the black dress. You leave the room waiting for Jimin and D/N to meet you outside. Jimin finally meets you with D/N in his arms. He looked at you and gives you a small smile. "You should smile. He would want us too."
"Are we meeting the others there?"
Jimin nodded and you all got in the car to leave. You stared out the window and you can't help but remember all the happy memories. But soon it was also clouded with the sad ones. The ones Minho has created and would forever live in your mind. Minho is gone but he would forever be in your memory. The ride was quiet; no one said a word, not even D/N. It was the same a year ago when she realized she wouldn't see him anymore.
The air was chilly when you exited the car. You see the other's cars parked in the parking lot, letting you know that they already arrived. You and Jimin walked in together with D/N in the middle carrying her flowers. She wanted two and you don't know why. You just assumed she wants to give him two flowers. You spot the others sitting on the benches talking as they wait for you. They see you walking up and you think Namjoon spot your expression because he walked towards and grabbed you into a hug. "He wouldn't want you crying after a year."
"I could cry if i want to." You looked at Namjoon and you couldn't help but laugh a little. The others joined you and you all walked together to meet Jungkook. You all decided that you would visit every year but you have visit by yourself a few times. You all stood in front of the gravestone and it was silent. The whistling of the chilly wind being the only sound that surrounds you.
"We are here to see you again." Taehyung began breaking the silence. "We miss you a lot. It really sucks being the youngest now. No one is calling me hyung."
"But we are getting by. We know you wouldn't want us to be sad about you so we are focusing on being happy," Hoseok continued. "My smile hasn't disappeared. I promised."
"We are all staying strong as well. Living life to the fullest just how you wanted." Namjoon finished talking and all the others spoke about how much they miss him. "I miss you a lot," you began. It's only been a year but it feels like an eternity without you here. But we are getting through this together." D/N placed one of her flowers by the grave. "Uncle Kookie, I miss you but I am doing everything you have told me. I am listening to mommy and daddy and I doing good in school."
You looked at D/N and she seems to be the happiness out of all of you. When you were all done, you all were leaving to get something to eat but you realized D/N still had a flower in her hand. "What are you going to do with the other flower?"
She smiled at you and run ahead, stopping in front of another gravestone, placing the flower down. "Its for noona." You knew the grave she was standing by was Ji Eun's. "Why are you leaving a flower for her?"
"She helped us. If she didn't help us get out we might not be here." You couldn't get over the fact that Ji Eun was the apart of putting you all in danger but you know D/N was also right. If Ji Eun didn't change her mind, you all might not be alive. You still find it hard to forgive her and you think the others feel the same way as you all watched D/N.
"Okay! Let's go eat!" D/N grabs your hand pulling you out of the cemetery. You smile as you watched your daughter laughing. You know that she is not totally okay but you see that she is strong. You all experienced something that is unbelievable for anyone. Even though its going to be hard, you are going to put all that suffering behind you. The painful memories wouldn't disappear but you would keep going strong for everyone and yourself. You are going to continue a life with happiness with your family and continue to protect them always.
