"u-uh s-sure" i stuttered at him, he was so attractive to me
Aang let's go of his bag and turns to me quickly and i blush redder than the darkest shade of red!
"you forgot to go the bookstore yestaurday" he said motionless like he was frowning
I come to the realisation and look at him guilty
"i am sorry i was with Zuko!" i said telling the truth, playing with my fingers
Aang's eyes widen at the comment
"you are a thing with Zuko?" Aang said softly
"no, no, he just an annoying fly" i say being more regretful
There was silence
"anyways i going to sleep, haha wake me up when we are there" i say making an excuse and plugging my earphones in and pretending to close my eyes and put my head on the window to convince i was actually sleeping
"okay" i hear Aang mumble plugging his AirPods in

After waking up all of a sudden i see my head on Aangs and his on mine

I gently lean up and places Aangs head back on his chair
"okay guys, let's have a restroom break!" the teacher yelled loud and clear
I stand up leaving Aang peacefully sleeping and walk off the bus to get some fresh air

After washing my hands in the sink i look at my reflection and fix my hair a bit to notice someone staring at me
"can i help you?" i ask because of the staring getting a little two uncomfortable
"no you can't " the girl rolled her eyes and walked pass me
"rude..." i mumble
I fix my hair a bit more and walk on the bus, going to my normal seat i see Meng hogging it
"hey Katara! me and Aang were talking about camp, sorry i took your seat" Meng smiled and waved, not even bothering to mover
Aang looked at me with dark circles around his eyes and crossing his arms sighing, "Katara i-"
I fake smiled interrputing him, "good" i rely
I feel his hand try to grab my wrist but Meng stopped him
I sit in the open seat
"why did she sit there...suck up" i mumble in annoyance

After the bus stopped the student swarmed out the bus carrying their suitcase and i struggled getting it out
"hey need help?" Zuko asks
"yeah, i do" i mumble
Without consent, Zuko grabbed my suitcase and walked down the stairs and placed it down
"maybe you should of let me carried it at the beginning, it w-would've been easy for you" i hear Zuko stutter as he looked at me
"will do, thank you Zuko, or friend" i smile
He smiles and blushes red and i wave to him before catching up with my friends

"okay, guys gather around and let's take a school photo!" the teacher yelled
I groan and join the photo and catch Aang and Meng together standing not joining the photo
why do i feel like this?
"hey! let the love birds had a photo together, their matching!" someone's yells
I look back mad and watching to find the source until i get shoved next to Zuko
"don't touch me" i say mumbling to Zuko
"i d-don't want to" Zuko replied rubbing hsi neck

"are you going to join them?" Meng asked Aang
"no, you should... " Aang shortly replied
"nah, hey do you want to-"
Aang walked away leaving Meng alone
"ugh..." Meng mumbled
"hey we should play truth or dare later want to join after camp activities at like night?" Toph offered Katara
"i guess sure, i guess" Katara mumbled

"gather in groups!" the teacher yelled
I turn to Aang but see he was with Meng and Katara frowns
"hey Katara guess your with me, your friends are elsewhere" Zuko snickered
"fine, i guess i don't have a damn choice" Katara cursed silently
"wow wow someone is moody like my sister..." Zuko chuckles
"shut up and let's get this over with" Katara dusts her clothes off and walks to Zuko
"okay guys partner up and whoever can carry the person the longest wins a prize!" the teacher smilies
"ugh..." Katara mumbles
Zuko carried Katara without consent and Aang was going to lean in but Sokka stopped him
Katara stared in Zuko eyes and realised something and had little butterflies
new feelings?
"looks like you have to carry me!" Meng jumped
Aang rolled his eyes and slowly carried her
Katara looked over and frowned
"hey, I'm a man too" Zuko mumbled blushing
Katara looked at him confused, " yeah i figured a while ago" Katara giggled
after a few minutes, the teacher yelled for the people remaining to stand on one leg and so they did
"Zuko you alright?" Katara noticed Zuko's glare at Aang
Then Zuko let's go of Katara...
"hey!" Katara said after being let out and falling down
"shoot, i am so sorry, here" Zuko said embarrassed lifting Katara up
"and we have a winner!" the teacher pointed at Aang and Meng
Aang dropped Meng without hesitation and walked away

"c'mon Zuko sing, haven't heard you do it in a long long time" Zuko's friend teased
"ugh i don't want to" Zuko rolled his eyes
Katara sat next to Zuko shifted
"c'mon, i will grant you a wish if you do!" Katara smiled teasing him
"ugh fine" Zuko said after thinking about it for a few seconds
His friends cheered and the crowd cheered,
After half of the song was sang beautifully Katara got a nudge from her shoulder
"hey Katara, can you give this to Aang, his at the bridge" Sokka whispered to Katara giving her his jacket
"uh, sure why not" Katara said hiding her blush after that request
Sokka showed a thumbs up and Katara stared at him weirdly and walked to the bridge
* Hey Aang it worked ;) * Sokka texted Aang
Aang received the message and he ran to the bridge
"Meng?" Aang walked
"yeah, Katara told me to give this to you" Meng jumped
"she...did?" Aang frowned
"yeah, shes ran to the other bridge after she gave this to me-"
Aang ran before Meng could finish taking his jacket with him and Meng watched feeling gloomy

Katara stumbled to the tree overwhelmed

"i don't know but he coming here soon and i-"
"is that his jacket? good i was going to get him and i can return this to him, at the bottom of the bridge right?" Meng asked smiling
"oh yeah...but" Katara said hesitating to give the jacket to Meng
"here..." Katara said giving Meng the jacket after thinking for a bit
Meng jumped in excitement and Katara walked away slowly trying to hid her feelings

Katara cried and cried and fell down at the tree and sobbed till time stopped all around her and she was so lost in the moment
