I was doing loads of paperworks in my office but the memory of Chaeyoung keeps flashing through my mind.She was still the Chaeyoung we all knew.She didn't change a bit except for her hair.She now possessed a blonde short hair that perfectly suits her lovely face
Sadly,our sudden meeting with her that night didn't turned out well.She ran away.She ran away like she used to do.I was gonna go and follow her that night but Jihyo and the rest of the girls stopped me and told me that maybe it's not yet the perfect time for all of us
I sighed.I badly wanted to talk to her which led me to do something secretly.I hired a private investigator to know Chaeyoung's whereabouts.Jihyo and the other girls would surely freak out when they found out about this
My thoughts were interrupted when my phone rang.
Speaking of that detective,here he calls
"Hello ma'am"
"Hello.Is there any update?"
"Actually I got all you wanted ma'am.It's all done"
"Great,Nice job.I'll see you later"
"Okay,ma'am.Thank you"
I dropped the call as a smile escape my lips.I sighed in great relief knowing I'd be seeing her any time soon and this time,I'll make sure she won't have any excuse to escape me
I immediately called my assistant to clear all my schedules for the rest of the day.I had to meet that private investigator as soon as I can so that I could check on Chaeyoung's whereabouts and talk to her soon

Today was Sunday.I'm driving my car on my way to Chaeyoung's home.According to the files that the
investigator gave me, she's in Yangpyeong city.
A city that's 45 km away from Seoul
The investigator also told me she owns and been managing a strawberry farm and a cafe in Yangsu for almost two years.She also established a bar in Seoul with her friend named Kim Yeri which we all already knew
Her parents were still abroad so she is currently leaving alone in her house at Yangsu.Actually,there's a lot of information that the investigator gave me but I chose to focus on the important ones
The drive to Yangpyeong City was tiring yet exciting. I couldn't help myself but to imagine things and create a possible scene if I ever get a chance to meet her
After a long drive,I found the cafe that she owns. I entered the cafe nervously.The cafe was great.It has that warm and relaxing ambiance that make you feel good as soon as you stepped inside.The walls were artistically filled with random paintings which reminds me of her
I smiled.This lovely cafe obviously screams Son Chaeyoung,a great artist and a strawberry lover
The whole place smells good.I can smell the aroma of good pastries and coffees which made my tummy growled.Then,I remember I hadn't eaten anything yet due to the excitement of possibly meeting her
"Good day ma'am.Can I have your orders please?" a smiling staff greeted me as she bow down which made me smile.The staffs here seemed to be friendly
"Hi,uh..I'ts actually my first time here.Can you please recommend me something nice?" I asked politely
"Oh,then you should try our best seller ma'am. It's a strawberry pudding made by the cafe owner itself" the staff proudly beamed
Owner?Does that mean Chaeyoung was the one who created the goodies here as well?Then,I should try that one
"Okay I'll have that one a black coffee please,thank you" I smiled
"Right away ma'am" the staff left and came back after three minutes
That was faster than I expected.The aroma of the pudding made it's way to my nostrils along with the coffee which excites my taste buds.I took a small bite of the pudding and smiled.The pudding was awesome.This was Chaeyoung's indeed
I was enjoying the delicious food when my phone rang,It's Sana.This clumsy doctor has been bugging me lately.Is she really a doctor?
"Hello—"
"Mina,where are you?" I moved my ears away a bit when her loud voice escaped from the other line
"Sana lower your voice down" I said.Suddenly I heard some ruckus on the other line
"Mina?it's Jihyo.where are you exactly right now?"
Oh God, Jihyo and her loud voice was even annoying sometimes.It's as if she's always screaming her lungs out
Once again I moved my ears away from my phone. Are they planning to destroy my eardrums? Why are they even looking for me?It's not like we had some appointments for today in the first place
"I'm at Yangpyeong—"
"And what are you doing there?" Jihyo asked
"Well,I had some business,personal business—"
"Don't tell me it's about Chaeyoung!?" Jihyo screamed
God,her voice was really hurting my ears
"Wait,how did you know she's here?" Now,I'm the one who asked.How did she knew that?
"Duh,Yeri told us everything the other day.Actually she don't want to spill anything but then,Nayeon bribed her with some chocolate ice cream and tons of bread" Jihyo said
I mentally face palmed.They easily got informations through Yeri jusy by bribing her foods while I hired an investigator.You're so funny Myoui Mina
"Oh,then there's no need for me to deny that I am really here for Chaeyoung" I said
"How did you know she's there— wait,did you hired someone to look for Chaeyoung's whereabouts?" Jihyo asked once again
She really indeed was a smart ass
"I guess I do?"
I heard her gasped from the other line which made me chuckled
"As expected of you.I just hope you'll be fine"
"I will be fine Jihyo.This time,I'll make things right" I said reassuring her
"Fine.Now,go and chase her Mina. Bring her back. Call us whenever you need a back up okay?take care"
"I will,thanks"
As soon our conversation ended,I continued eating my food while I made plans how to find Chaeyoung since asking her café staffs won't be a great idea

After finshing my food,I decided to go to the strawberry farm that she owns and manage.I remember the investigator also told me that she often stays there than the café.If that's true then there's a bigger chance that I'll get to meet her there
I eagerly drive from the cafe to the farm.It's just a few minutes drive and before I knew it,I'm already here.
I checked the place as soon as i stepped out of my car.The place was awesome and it smells sweet due to the aroma coming from the fresh strawberries. I was too busy eyeing everything when someone bumped me on my back
I turned around and saw the person bowing before me while saying sorry but as soon as she look at me, everything around seemed to stop.It's her,the woman I've been longing for all these years
"C-Chaeyoung"
She gasped.She looked so surprise seeing me here. She even dropped the basket full of strawberries that she's carrying and step backwards.I moved closer to her not minding the basket and the strawberries that scattered around which made me tripped on the ground
"Arg,fuck!"
"M-mina!"
I accidentally collapsed on the ground groaning in pain.Great,Myoui Mina.Now,you sprained your ankles because of your excitement
"I uhm,sorry Mina.Let me help you"
"I-it's okay,I'm fine—arg!"
Due to embarrassment,I tried standing on my own but almost collapsed again afterwards good thing she caught me on time or else I'll end up on the ground once again.God,this is really so embarrassing
"Don't be so hard-headed Mina.Let me help you,wait" she effortlessly carried me as if were newly weds.
Our body was close enough to build tension between the two of us.It's been a long time since I had a chance to feel her warmth.I can completely smell her scent.She still smells like a baby with a touch of fresh strawberries like she was back then
She looked so serious but her eyes shows concern and worries.Is she worried about me?
"Staring is rude,Mina" she said which made me looked away.I can feel myself blushing being caught

"Sorry"
She brought me inside a house not too far from the farm then gently put me down on the couch.
"Wait here,don't move" she said before disappearing from my sight
I looked around the house.It's cozy and neat. There were nothing much to look from aside from the few paintings that hangs on the pale white wall.The house was good but it seemed a bit lonely
I was surprise when she suddenly returned back with a tray of food and some medical stuffs
"Sorry for waiting.Here,eat this while I took care of your sprained ankle" she said
"Uh,you don't have to—"
"Don't be stubborn.Let me treat it before it gets worse" she said without looking at me
In the end,I did allow her to treat my sprain and the last thing I knew,my ankle was already covered in compression bandage.Silence surrounds the both of us as she fixes the stuffs that she used for my sprain. It was awkward but I need to break the silence and talk to her.Besides,It's the main reason why I am here
"C-chaeyoung—"
"What do you want Mina?Why are you here"
Her voice was cold but I can feel that there's this longing in them.She was just hiding her emotions but her eyes were completely betraying her.Now,Mina it's time.Make her yours,once again
"Come back to us,Chaeyoung..Come back to me.."
"No.All of you were better off without me.You all doesn't need me—"
"I need you Chaeyoung.Please,I badly need you"
"What do you mean by that Mina?"
I bravely held her hands and caressed her cheeks. I missed her so much.So much that my tears soon came running from my eyes
"I love you Chaeyoung.I still love you and I'll always will"
"But—"
I didn't waste another second and grabbed her nape and kissed her.I kissed her while my tears ran down my face.My heart was celebrating.They're rejoicing the moment my lips touched hers once again
I'm not going to let go of you again,Chaeyoung.
Not this time.
