Jeongin felt really conflicted about this birthday of his. He was happy, but not for himself. It was the kind of happy when two people you dearly love are happy but not because of you.
The feeling when you're complete because of them but at the same time broken because you're not with them. Not to mention, he didn't like one but two people. And because of that, he's constantly haunted by the fact people will think he's a freak.
Is it even possible to love two people at once? All his friends decided to take him to the bar, and he knew it wasn't a good idea still they made him do it.
Minho knows, he knows Jeongin liked both of them. He really can't help the younger with anything though, if they both were single he could've at least gone with one of them. Although it will still feel like someone is missing, it is better... enough. It felt like the opportunity was taken away from his hands before he even held it.
The first time Jeongin met them they were already a couple. He still remembered it was the first day of his, the couple had been so nice and considerate when the youngest told them it was his first day. He was pretty sure he messed up both their orders but they still took it.
Jeongin got up from daydreaming on his bed and got dressed for the night. To say he's concerned about Minho's habits is an understatement. He gets a little wild at times, especially with one person.

Jeongin went to Minho's house, he was with Jisung a lot these days. Although they don't do anything more than cuddle. Minho also did calm down a lot since then, all thanks to Jisung, which was probably the fastest he took to recover.
Jeongin was grateful for Jisung helping Minho, but those two are oblivious pieces of shit. Like its been 1 whole month, each of them clinging to the other every single day. Yet they still think the other doesn't like them. They kissed for god sake, I mean what kind of kdrama shit is this?
The youngest called Minho out, he was wearing a slightly oversized black sweatshirt with a white stripe in the middle of it. Jeongin realized he never saw that sweatshirt before but he didn't put much thought into it.
They went in the elevator and took the ride down, Minho kept on fidgeting.
"What's wrong?" Jeongin asked.
"I'm thinking of confessing tonight," Minho replied.
"If you do then don't drink," The younger said.
"Why not? I won't gain the confidence if I don't drink at least a little." Minho questioned.
"Both Jisung and Felix are going to be there," Jeongin explained.
"Ohhh maybe you're right. I'll try my best." Minho finalized.
'Please just don't do something embarrassing, Felix knows how to handle it so I don't need to worry that much.' Jeongin thought.
They reached the ground. Chan picked them up, The oldest was wearing a black turtleneck with a vertically striped black coat. It was paired up with black trousers and a thin silver chain. Felix was beside him he was wearing some kind of e-boy outfit. Jisung was with them still in the car, and Changbin was nowhere to be seen.
'I'm going to be fifth wheeling, I would've had company if Changbin was here but great. I'm going to be 3rd wheeling 3 couples tonight and it's my birthday! wait no, I'll be seventh wheeling...' Jeongin groaned.
They got to the club and meet up with Seungmin and Hyunjin. They both look ethereal, and happy together.
'Maybe they don't need me, maybe I should just move on. At this point crushing on them is just pointless right?' Jeongin thought while looking at the perfect couple.
Jeongin was the first to go into the bar they did ask for my card which I showed them and they let me in. He just turned 21 today so he was allowed.
(a/n- if you didn't check the characters again I updated it all the members are a year older than they are now, so innie was 20 when the book started and he turned 21 today)
Jeongin asked the bartender to give him a shot. He quickly sipped it all ignoring the bitter taste.
"Oh my, our baby innie is drinking?!!" Jeongin heard Hyunjin.
"He's an adult now stop babying him," said Seungmin.
"Please don't..." Jeongin mumbled to himself if the couple stopped babying him then he might be completely erased from their lives forever. He didn't care if being babied was not his most favorite thing in the world, because when it came to the Seungjin couple anything would become his favorite.
Jeongin felt a drop roll down his cheek. Hyunjin noticed that a stray drop made it past Jeongin's cheeks. He turned around to Seungmin and brought the shorter along with him to Jeongin.

As Hyunjin made his way past the crowd his protectiveness kept on increasing as his baby bread started to cry more. Seungmin on his side also started becoming really concerned and worried about Jeongin.
"What's wrong innie?" the voice had a mixture of concern, anger, and warmth.
"I feel tired can you take me home?" Jeongin replied.
"He still our baby bread in the end," said Seungmin. Jeongin only nodded in return.
Hyunjin comfortingly pulled Jeongin in his arms to hug him, Seungmin joined in and the youngest was squished between the two people he liked the most. He smiled from ear to ear, he was suffocating but he couldn't ask for a better gift.
Seungmin picked Jeongin up by his thighs and he wrapped his legs around the former's waist. Hyunjin walked behind Seungmin and kept on asking Jeongin if he was okay. With a big smile, the latter kept replying he was okay to Hyunjin.
They all reached Seungjin's home and Seungmin forced Jeongin to get on to their bed even if he said he'll sleep on the couch.
"I'll sleep on the couch it's fine," Jeongin said.
"Oh no, no, no, you are sleeping on our bed." Seungmin insisted.
"I would but I don't what happened on the bed so I'd rather not go." the younger replied.
Seungmin's face turned to a light shade of red, "It's not that bad..."
Jeongin internally chuckled because of how cute Seungmin was, "I don't think I believe that."
Seungmin felt heat rising to his face again painting his cheeks in a darker shade of red. Hyunjin only watched the scene fold in amusement.
"It's okay, if Jeongin feels uncomfortable sleeping on our bed, we'll all just sleep in the guest room," Hyunjin said coming out of the bathroom with a simple white tee and sweatpants.
Seungmin was already in his puppy pajamas, only Jeongin was still fully dressed. He awkwardly stared at their clothes and stared back at his wondering if he was going to sleep like that.
"Here you go." Hyunjin handed Jeongin only his clothes.
"O-okay then," Jeongin replied.
He went in, changed, and walked back into the guest room. This wasn't anything new for him but it has been a while since they did this.
"Oh my god, Jeongin you look so cute in Hyunjin's sweatshirt." Seungmin cooed.
"I'm not cute." Jeongin pouted.
"You definitely are the cutest little bean I've ever seen in the entire world." Hyunjin came forward to squeeze Jeongin's cheeks.
"Shtop dhat." Jeongin tried to speak.
"I love you little bean," Hyunjin whispered to Jeongin, unconsciously.
"W-what?" Jeongin stuttered.
Hyunjin froze in his place, while Seungmin seemed shocked as to why he did it at that very moment. Seungmin soon calmed down and softly mouthed, 'tell him.'
"Umm." Hyunjin started nervously. "F-from the first day, we met you, Me and Seungmin that is. We've always felt something towards you. Although it took some time figuring out what exactly it was-"
"Also don't forget the communication." Seungmin interrupted.
"Ah yes, communication is key," Hyunjin repeated.
Jeongin softly giggled while the two older cooed at the youngest.
"Yes, so w-we would like to tell you that we like you. Like really like like you, like in a romantic likey way-"
"Yes hyung, I get it, I love you both to like in a romantic love way." Jeongin chuckled.
"You have every right to reject both- Wait what?" Seungmin got confused.
"I love the both of you too, in a romantic way," Jeongin explained with a big smile on his face.
"W-will you be our boyfriend?" Hyunjin asked shyly.
"Like a polyamorous relationship," Seungmin added.
"You don't have to accept it right now we can wait if you want," Hyunjin reassured.
"Umm yeah I think I'll feel more comfortable if we wait for a while but you can still baby me if you want..." Jeongin's voice drifted towards the end.
"That's completely fine me and Hyunjin will wait until your comfortable and I don't think we'll ever stop babying you," said Seungmin.
They all got onto the bed, and Hyunjin and Seungmin squished Jeongin in the middle. It felt warm, safe, and none of them ever wanted to get out of it if they could choose.

edit 210510- I made it longer and actually made the chapter more two-sided (or three-sided) than the last time. and if you've noticed yes I deleted the changbin ship chapter. I felt like it wasn't built up enough. At least the hyunseungin was built up a little.
