Aang drops me on the hard carpet floor and i sit there in pain
"nothing" Aang said before the book owner left
"you should go home, go home" Aang said grabbing me and pushing me to the exit in a hurry
"wait i-...okay..." i say as i get pushed out the exit of the book store also known as the entry
"what about the neck pillow..." i mumble to myself looking at the front of the book store

The next day the sun rose up and peeked through my window brightly and i got out of bed and stretched in relief,
thank god Aang understood
i say added with a smile for some reason... to myself before going to get ready for school,
After getting my routine done like always i pick my outfit

After doing my hair i hop downstair
"hey honey can you try these muffins i made" My stepmom gives to me before i head out the door
"sure" i say getting a bite of the muffin
After tossing it around in my mouth and tasting i find the words
"that is amazing, the flavours pop in your mouth" i say as i get my bag
"good, i am giving it to my co-workers" My stepmom smiled
"okay, bye!" i say waving before exiting
I go to the bus stop
"ugh, i missed the bus!" i say in anger
I sit down and take out my phone to browse a bit until someone sat next to me
ugh Zuko...
I mumble as he sit next to me
"can't you chose another seat?" he asks
"can't you?" i snap back to him
"well i was going to save that for friend" Zuko said looking at me
"who?" i ask being curious
"hopefully you" he smiled
I scoff
"you want to be friends, you are the bad boy! bad influencers " i say explaining him
"hey I'm not a bad boy!" Zuko snapped
"well yeah, you are, you always get suspended" i yell at him
"well i hope soon" Zuko smiles at me
I roll my eyes

After arriving late for class, the teacher scolds at me and after massive work was handed to me, i go to lunch
"i can't believe the teacher gave me so much work as punishment" i wine to my friends
"do you want detention?" Toph asked, teasing me
"well i rather have it than work" i say as i roll my eyes
"hey me too!" Sokka suddenly pops in putting his arm around Suki and i notice Toph scoff
"Oogies" Toph rolled her eyes
"don't worry to much, anyway you want to hang after school?" Suki offered, ignoring Toph
"no, sorry i have like so much school work" i say stressed
"just chill" Sokka said to me
"well, why don't you sign up for the study group?" Toph teased
"what there is a STUDY GROUP?" I ask shocked
"yep" Sokka said
"totally" Toph patted my shoulder
"of course, you should sign up" Suki said as she and Sokka and Toph passed me in my shock state
why didn't think of that
i mumble to myself, banging my head and catch up to them

"have a good day everyone" the teacher let out
"thank goodness" i mumble after i pack my stuff
The massive work handed to me just really stressed me out
"bye Katara!" Suki and Toph said exiting the class
I wave and after packing the last thing on my desk i walk outside
"RAIN!" i say as i look up at the sky
"damnit" i say making a fit
I cover my head and run in the rain but suddenly something shelters me
"need an umbrella?" a voice behind me said
I turn around,
It was Aang...
"uh, no thank you" i say smiling
We lock contract, never i have i seen his eyes, warm and bright from other times it usually was cold and dull....
"are you going to take it?" he breaks the silence
"uh, Um why are you acting so kind to me?" i ask changing the topic
"can't i?" Aang asked in the most serious expression
"but your cold to everyone!" i reason
"i don't know why maybe because i owe you a bigger apology " Aang admitted
I stare at him
but you never apologise i thought...
"anyways here, take it" Aang shoves me the umbrella before running fast, away from me
I turn back with my red face
"ugh what are you thinking Katara!" i whin as i smack my face back into reality
Then a smack of water falls on me as "Zuko" on his motorbike poured water all over me
"so much for the umbrella" i whin as i walk slowly to my mom's workplace

After arriving at my step mom's workplace my jumper dried off
"hey mom" i say putting down my bag
"hi sweetie, sorry you couldn't go home" my stepmom hugged me
"no worries, i go here all the time!" i smile
She smiles back and i sit down
"Hey Malina!" someone walks in

"Hey Ursa how are you, i heard you were in the hospital for a long time" Malina said concerned
"yeah I'm fine my son looked after me" Ursa said
"what about your daughter?" Malina said shocked that one child took care of their mother
"my daughter isn't in the right state of mind" Ursa said sad
"I'm sure it will work out" Malina smiled

"WHAT!" I say standing up to see Zuko with his mom
"and that's my daughter!" My stepmom said smiling
"uh hi Katara..." Zuko waved putting on a fake face
"you too have meet?" "Ursa" questioned
"yeah we are in the same class, nice to meet you U-Ursa" i say shaking her hand
"wow you have a handsome son!" my Stepmom clapped
Zuko smiled and i glared at him
"hey since you too are in the same class you too should look out for each other!"
