Chapter 14~

(Valerie's Point Of View)
I heard the annoying ding of cow bells fill the room. I groggily try to turn over in bed to block the annoying sound out and try to fall back asleep. I struggle and try to turn over but someone was holding my waist securely holding me closer to them. After commanding my eyes open, they finally obey. Niall's face was not even an inch away from mines, are bodies perfectly entwined. He looked so at stress while he was asleep, it looked like my baby was having a nightmare. The cow bells continue to ring and I scrunch my face. Now I remember why I woke up. I reach over to my phone to see Lacy was trying to skype me. I look at the time which showed it was only 4 in the morning, I sigh as I slide to unlock my phone
"Valerie!" Lacy says smiling
I try smiling back but it was hard enough to even keep my eyes open
"Hi baby how are you?" I say lightly not wanting to wake Niall. I was in a lose-lose situation, If I tried to get off the bed and go into the room, my movement would wake Niall, but if I stayed here he would also wake up.
"I'm good, I'm just super- who is that man laying next to you?" Lacy stops mid sentence
I chuckle lightly
"It's Niall" I explain to her
As if on cue, Niall starts to stir in his sleep and he places his hand on my check in his sleep
"She will be crushed" He says in his sleep stroking my face "I can't tell her" He continues. That's it Niall was really freaking me out, I was going to wake him, as he looked uncomfortable in his sleep anyways. Before I could even do anything, Niall shot out of bed and sat upright running his hand through h his hair. Niall was sweating might have been a very bad dream?
"What time is it over there?" Lacy asks not realizing that Niall woke up. She could barely even see me as it was very dark
"Like 4 in the morning" I groan
"Who-who is that?" Niall asks stuttering
"It's Lacy" I tell him
"Sorry for waking you guys up, um get back to, um whatever you two were doing?" Lacy's mum, Mrs. Ross, says making it sounds more like a question. My cheeks burn red with embarrassment, this looked so wrong, being in the same bed as Niall, both of us only in our undergarments.
"No, nothing, it's not, we didn't" Niall stutters at a lost of words of how awkward this situation this is. Mrs. Ross chuckles
"Good Night kids" She says smiling and hanging up the skype call. I put my phone down and lay bay down in bed, and Niall follows my league
This was so awkward, I didn't know what to do. Now that Mrs. Ross implied of how she thought we just you know, did it, I felt so uncomfortable. Niall turned over to face me
"You don't look too good" I say looking at Niall. Even in the dark I could see his face was paler then usual and I could feel the heat radiating off his body. I reach my hand over to touch his forehead, my hand burns as the heat from his body warms my cold hands
"I think you have a fever" I tell him
"I'm fine V-Valerie" Niall stutters
I look at him doubtfully and turn over in bed to turn the lamp on that was right next to my bed
"Are you cold?" I ask him turning to face him again
"N-not really" He says shivering from the cold
I roll my eyes in response "Niall you're shivering"
"I'm fine" He says pulling me closer to him
"What are you doing?" I ask smiling as his body was warming mines
"You're warm" He mumbles nuzzling his face into the crook of my neck. Me and Niall have been very close, but not in this way. It felt so wrong yet so right at the same time. I didn't want to get up at all, and thank god we still had a couple of hours to sleep before we would be woken again. Niall takes a strand of my hair that had fallen out of my bun and puts it behind my ear
"Niall?" I ask
"Yes darling?"
"What were you dreaming about? You looked like you were having a nightmare?" I ask him
His eyes go dark and he looks back at me
"It was nothing" He states
"But-"
"I said it was nothing Valerie" He tells me again a bit rougher this time. I shut my mouth and just enjoy his company
"I can't sleep" He whispers on my face, not my ear, but my face. His warm breathe gave me goose bumps over my entire body leaving me breathless and in a search for words
"I can now let me" I whine trying to sleep
"Don't you want to stay up and give me some company?" He asks me
"No, now goodnight" I huff and attempt at sleeping again

Me and the rest of the gang went to Valerie's mum's house that night to go to sleep. It was supposed to be a prank on Valerie and Niall to scare them and think we all got kidnapped but it seems like they didn't even care. I was going to have a serious talk with my women! Yes sir I just called Valerie my women. Me and her have gotten so close in such a short amount of time it is unbelievable. She was going to be part of the girlfriend gang soon...I could feel it...In my blood. I'm so weird okay
"Sh Sh" Taylor says trying to find the key card to Valerie and her hotel room. Well, Niall and Valerie's hotel room as of right now. We were going to go check on why Valerie and Niall haven't called us all day, or see if they were sleeping together or whatever the matter was.
The door flew open to reveal a half naked Niall, and a half naked Valerie sleeping on the same bed. My chin hits the floor and my eyes bulged out of my head. All this time we would be kidding about them sleeping together but know they have literally slept together!
"DID YOU USE PROTECTION?" Louis screams at the top of his lungs. Valerie and Niall eyes fly open and they fall onto the floor, shocked in unison. Valerie pulls the blanket to cover her half naked body which leaves Niall exposed in front of all of us in his boxers. A blush creeps up both of their cheeks as they stare back at us with wide eyes
"Did you guys-" Liam asks, her reflection mirroring mines
Niall groans "No we did not get that through your minds"
"Then please explain to me why both of you are half naked" Taylor smirks her eyes filled with amusement
"After the dinner, we got lost, came home really late, I didn't feel like changing into my clothes, neither did Niall, there was only one mattress both of us fell asleep, not big deal" Valerie states in a 'duh' tone
"I can't be the only one not buying this" Josh scoffs
We all mumble in unison
"If me and Valerie really had some baby-making action going on in here, then wouldn't we have to have feelings for each other?" Niall says trying to clear things up
"You guys when you will just fall in love already?" Danielle whines
Niall and Valerie both chuckle lost in their own thoughts
"That's what the old lady implied" Valerie finally says breathing in between laughs
I was so lost
"Please explain" Harry says just as confused as the rest of us
"We went to an ice cream shop and there was an old lady running it and she kept telling us how we were in love" Niall explains
"Got it, anything else we need to know?" I ask
"Yes, can everyone get out, so I can stop hiding behind this blanket because of the fact I'm almost naked in front of One Direction, their girlfriends, and my other two best friends?" Valerie states
Harry scoffs "No can do princess, if you want to change, you need to do it right here, in front of all of us"
Valerie, in reply, sticks her tongue out in a mocking manner and points toward the door to make everyone leave the room
"I 'm staying this is my room" Taylor says
"No duh! Now bye everyone" Valerie repeats pointing towards the door. We all shuffle towards the door, to leave Valerie and Taylor alone
~VALERIE'S POINT OF VIEW~
I was in my jammies, just chilling on the sofa
"Oh Lacy skyped, let's call her back" I suggest
"Valerie, time differences remember?" Taylor states looking at me like I've lost my head
I sigh "Oh yeah"
"I'm so bored what are we doing? We are in LA for crying out loud! Taylor let's do something!" I practically scream at her holding her shoulders
"You're right, let's go" She says really getting into it, grabbing my hand and fleeing out of the room

Basically, I and Taylor were walking around the streets of LA in tank tops, and pajama bottoms. This was exactly my personality, if someone didn't like me if I looked like this, then they don't deserve me when I look nice and dressed up. I could care less what people thought of me to be honest, I rather die knowing I lived my life the way I wanted to and not the way others wanted me to. We decided to take a walk just clear up our minds, and later, just go Zayn and Josh's room and watch some movies maybe, that was still undecided
"Come on girl, grandma arms!" Taylor says giggling urging me to walk while swinging my arms around making me look more like a penguin. It was around 7 in the afternoon, and the sun was setting, and if you look to your right you see two retards swinging around their arms. People were smirking looking at us a bit weird, but what are we going to do about it? We were quaking, even though we were supposed to be penguins, not showing a care in the world, and being high off of just plain living
I was laughing and having a great time, totally lost of the world around me into I walked straight into a couple who were practically having dry sex in the middle of a walking path
"Excuse me" I mumble backing away awkwardly as they pull apart. Both of them looked at me, a smile tugging at their lips and they just nod
"Nah, it's okay, kind of hard to see where you're going when you are pretending to be a penguin" The guy smirks
I smile a bit and walk off, finding Taylor a few steps ahead of me, laughing her ass off
"That was hilarious" She chokes
"No it-" This time, I walk straight into a brick wall. Really, two times in a matter of 10 seconds? I need to pull my crap together! I sigh and look up looking at the wall I hit, which wasn't a wall at all, but instead it was Niall
"Been following you around for a block or so, but you were too busy pretending to be penguin to notice" He says
I burst into giggles and stick my tongue at him, holding my sides from laughing
"Stalking us I see?" Taylor snorts out, still laughing at the fact I had bumped into that couple just a few minute sago
"Oh yes, Taylor, how can I ever live without you?" Niall asks grabbing Taylor and pulling her into a hug
"Off of me, I'm sure your girlfriend wouldn't approve"
Niall scoffs "Puh-lease I don't do love"
"Oh so you are badass now?" I ask my lips curling into a smile
"Always been, sweetheart" He replies fixing his snapback so it was the other way around on his head
All three of us burst out laughing at the fact Niall looked more like a lost kitten then anywhere near a gangster
"What are you two high off of?" Niall asks after we had finally got our breaths back
"Why? Can't a girl and her best friend, walk in the streets of LA bumping into people and pretending to be quaking penguins, or is that illegal?" I ask
Niall replies in a smirk
"No really, Taylor, what have you two been drinking?" Niall asks exaggerating a bit
She doesn't rely and just jumps on my back for a piggy-back ride
I grab her thighs, hitching her body and she wrapped her arms around my neck. No, I was not lesbian, Taylor is more like a sister to me, and this was not awkward at all for us
"Giddy-up Horse! Taylor screams slapping my ass
I laugh and take off running with her attached onto my back
Niall catches up easily, in a jog pace, and I wasn't used to much of an exercise, so I got out of breath pretty quickly
I stopped running and let Taylor slide off my back and we started walking off into the distance

It was starting to get pretty dark now, probably around 8 or so. The sun had set long ago, and we were lost I the city of LA....again
"Um where are we?" Taylor asks when we approach a scary looking ally-way
"I have no idea" Niall mutters "Let's go through it!"
"Are you stupid? I can practically hear people screaming 'Don't go in there! You are bloody stupid!'" I exclaim
"You are so dramatic" Taylor sighs rolling her eyes
We all laugh and approach the intimidating looking alley way when someone grabs my shoulder. I shriek and start screaming 'Rape' at the top of my lungs hiding behind Niall
This scary man that was huge, dressed in all black, comes out from the shadow and into the light and starts screaming at us in Japanese I'm guessing
"WE DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING" Taylor screams back into his face. He looked even more pissed and started yelling at us louder and pointing at random things
"YES THAT IS A TRACH CAN" Niall tells him when he the scary man kicked it
He continued to yell at us in a language I didn't know
"LISTEN, I WAS LOST IN LA LAST NIGHT, AND NOW I'M LOST AGAIN THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO START YELLING AT ME IN A RANDOM LANGUAGES I DON'T UNDERSTAND" Niall screams back
This just gets the man even more upset and he starts shaking and grabbing my shoulders
"IF YOU TOUCH ME ONE MORE TIME I WILL YELL RAPE" I scream to tell him with hand gestures
This goes on for over 20 minutes when Taylor finally steps up
"LOOK YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING, I THINK WE ARE GOING TO GO NOW" She finally says grabbing mine and Niall's hand and we start to make our way back to the streets of LA and not some random alley-way
"MERRY CHRISTMAS" The man yells at us from behind his shoulder. We turn back but he was gone. What the bloody hell was wrong with him, it was the beginning of September, nowhere near Christmas and out of all things he could say in English he chose those words?
"LA is a strange place" Taylor mutters under her breath
We all agree silently and keep walking
"Um I think we're lost" Taylor declares after the silence
"Yes it's okay, if me and Niall found our way back last night, we can do it again, no problem" I tell her with a bored expression
"Bloody hell, it's freezing out!" Taylor whines
I didn't even notice I was cold until Taylor bought it up, and I realized I was shivering
"Niall, don't you want to be a gentleman and give us your jacket?" I ask
He scoffs, "You two idiots should have bought your own, not my problem at all"
"You are impossible" I sigh
"Impossibly irresistible" He fires back
"Grow a pair" I mutter
He laughs "I have one, would you like to see it?"
My mouth hangs open, of course I knew Niall was a complete cheeky bastard, but lately he's been even more arrogant and flirty than Harry!
"Wow, this is getting heated" Taylor replies her lips tugging into a smile
I let out a bark of laughter and stop in my tracks when I realize we've hit a dead end
"Okay, we are lost" I sigh giving up
"So we are going to give up? Is that what people do? Give u when tough times start to roll in?" Taylor begins
"Yes" Me and Niall reply looking at her in a 'duh' sort of way
"Yeah you're right, I give up too" She states sitting on the curb, me and Niall follow her league and sit next to her
"Don't you have your phone, we could use google map or something" Taylor suggests
Did Taylor just say something...intelligent?
"Why didn't we think of this last night?!" Niall mutters grabbing his phone and trying to find our way back to the hotel
Looks like this adventure is coming to an end

Turns out, me Niall and Taylor had ended up walking 3 mile saway from our hotel, so we had to walk 3 miles to get back
I was banging hard on the door Zayn and Josh's door asking to come in
Zayn had texted me and told us to hurry up and bring our asses to his place so we could join to, well I'm not exactly sure about what we were planning to do
Finally, Josh opens the door and frowns at the sight of Taylor
"Who bought her?" He sneers even though you can see a smile on his lips
"Shut up you retard" Taylor says pushing him out of the way and getting inside the room
Me and Niall follow
"Where were you guys?" Harry asks
"Lost" Niall says
"Again?" Danielle sats
"Look we aren't the best with remembering our way back to places" I clear up which earns me laughter and smiles from the rest of the group
"Be careful I don't want my baby cheeks to get lost" Eleanor coos
I reply with a wink and turn my attention to Zayn
"What are we going to do?" I ask
"Truth or Dare" He replies with a mischievous gleam in his eyes
Oh the joy, I knew how these games always ended up...badly
