"You can't change my mind...." Sasuke sniffles out.

I feel my body be lifted off the seat by someone as they run towards the Hokages office. My dry eyes open slightly burning in the process from all of the crying last night. I can't believe it, he actually left. I wince from the sunlight and look forward and notice a group running towards the Hokage building as well. I noticed one of them was Naruto and another was Neji. It's been awhile since I've seen him...
"Are you ok Y/N?" He asks me as we reach the gates of the Hokage building. The hairs on my skin lift up at the sound of his voice. Out of all people why did it have to be him that found me?
"Kiyoshi, why are we going to the Lady Tsunade for..?" I squeak out in barely a whisper. I hear Kiyoshi sigh out loud before going through the doors and up the stairs.
"She needs us. We are apparently going after Sasuke since Sakura reported that he left the village last night."
Sakura...? How did she know he left the village? Was she there last night...?
"In my opinion, I think we should let him be. If he wants to ruin his name and become an enemy then shame on him...Shame on him for not caring enough..."
By the time we got to Tsunade's office everyone was already there waiting for her orders. Kiyoshi set me down and helps me to stand up before walking over next to Neji. Naruto and Sakura run up to me and squeeze my sides in a group hug. We all silently sniffles and then went back into formation.
"As you all know by now," Tsunade started, "Sasuke has left the village to join forces with Orochimaru." As Tsunade said his name she couldn't help but look at Ritsuki Sensei who seemed to get uncomfortable from the sound of his name yet very sad. I brush it off and continue to listen to her speak.
"You were all chosen by Shikamaru to create the Sasuke rescue squad. You all will be leaving now so get everything and meet up at the front gates. Your objective of to bring Sasuke back you hear me?"
We all nod our heads and begin to head out the door.
"Y/N, stay here for a minute. Both Ritsuki and I would like to have a word with you."
"Gran- I mean, Lady Tsunade..?"
I feel her sigh out from the Naruto's nickname and looks at my Sensei who then nods her head.
"Ok listen Y/N....."

I quickly run to Naruto and I's apartment and start to pack up some medical supplies and all the such. I don't know how long we will take so I must be prepared for anything. I walk up to my stand and carefully open the glass lid which held my Wakizashi and O Tanto.
It's been awhile since I've used these huh? I smile softly at the memory of Team 7's first ever mission in the Hidden Mist. That's when I found out the truth...that seemed so long ago. Now here we are, trying to save Sasuke from fate itself...
I put the swords in there place and close my mouth tight.
"I'm coming Sasuke, I'm coming."
I run out and meet up with everyone at the gate of the village. Naruto gave me a sad smile and we turned around to leave.
"W-WAIIIT!! Naruto! Y/N! Kiyoshi!"
I turn my head as Sakura ran up to us in tears. She had to take a quick breather before speaking.
"Please, just please bring Sasuke back! That's my only wish! I wish I could be more help but- but-"
"Sakura, we will get him back I promise." I look over at Kiyoshi who walks up to her and hugs her tight. Reassuring her that the Uchiha will be just fine and everything would turn out for the best. She stares wide eyed for a couple seconds before wrapping her arms around the boy and hugging back with just as much force.
Sakura looks my direction and slightly smiles.
"Go get him Y/N. Go get him and tell him over and over again how you feel. Maybe you can change his mind."
I furrow my eyebrows in a shocked and sad expression as I feel tears started to form for what seemed like the 100th time. I wipe my eyes and nod my head.
"T-thank you Sakura, I'll try to...."
I run up to her as Kiyoshi lets go and looks at her and engulf her in my arms. I keep repeating to her that I'm sorry but she just laughs at me. I look at her and frown.
"I think you and Sasuke are cute. Besides....I'm starting to see someone else..." she blushes and looks down, moving her foot in a small nervous circle. She likes someone else? Who is it??? Sakura comes close to my ear and whispers something, making he internally scream. No freaking way!!!!
My mouth drops open and she just puts her finger to her lips desperately, a sweat dropping the side of her face.
"Y/N, we have to go. I don't know if we are too late of not...jeez...you women are so troublesome..."
"Coming Shikamaru! Bye Sakura!"
"Bye, Y/N!!"
We wave to each other and Sakura out her hands to her chest smiling and watching us run out of sight.

"Shikamaru no! We can't leave you too! Neji and Choji are already behind trying to help us keep going! W-what if they get hurt or worse! Oh Neji...what will I tell Hinata...?"
"Y/N, snap out of it! I said I'll fight. You, Naruto, and Kiyoshi go on ahead! Don't forget our mission, we need to bring Sasuke home! I don't know why he's in this basket but take it and run!"
I open my mouth but shut it just as fast, sighing before turning around. Naruto and Shikamaru exchange some words before we go off again.
"You better come home you dumb duckbutt head!"
We are able to get to an open area and jumped over the tall grass as my arms were firmly wrapped around the oval shaped basket until someone jumped in front of us. We stop in our track as he suddenly disappears and reappears with the basket in his possession. I blink a couple times then look at my empty hands.
"NO! GIVE HIM BACK!"
The stranger stands still until clouds begin to come in and the air starts to pick up. The snapping open of the basket gets everyone's attention as Sasuke emerges from the object.
"Sasuke! Thank god you're ok! Come on, let's go home." Naruto laughs out but instead of turning around, Sasuke get out of the basket and looks at the strangers and nodding.
"Sasuke!"
The sound of his name coming out from my horse voice made Sasuke hesitate before ultimately bulting off into the forestry ahead. We all gasp except for Kiyoshi and try to run after him but the enemy stops us and I feel a pain in my stomach as his punch sends me flying backwards. My sudden scream made Sasuke stop and turn around watching me tumble and roll away from him. He turns back around and disappears from view.
Naruto tried to get to me but is also sent flying away from me. The stranger then starts walking my way.
"You are as valuable as Sasuke, we should take to him as well. I'm sure he will be very pleased."
Before the man could grab me I watch as his face is kicked, making him the one to fly backwards and fall on his shoulder.
"You will not take another step towards her!"
I look up as the green from his suit almost made my eyes puke...of happiness obviously he saved me...
"Lee!? How are you here!? Your body though..I thought-"
"No need to worry of me Y/N! I am perfectly fine, see?" He turns and give me a toothy grin, his teeth again shining for an unknown reason. I smile and get up to help Naruto.
"Go! I will handle him."
"We will handle him."
We turn around and see none other than Gaara, who had his hands crossed and his eyes closed. Well this is an interesting duo...buuut, I won't question it. I look over to Kiyoshi and see he has a confused expression.
"Kiyoshi, you alright?" He snaps his head towards me and quickly nods. I grab both his and my brothers hand and we run past the enemy and continue into the forest after Sasuke.
"Come on guys! We are so close I can practically smell his cologne!" I yell out. We continue like this for another two minutes before something else stops us in our track....a wall of ice?
"What is this all about...?"
"I'm sorry."
I turn my head towards Kiyoshi and tilt my head. I giggle a little anxiously and furrow my eyebrows.
"What to do you mean you are sorry? We can just go around i-"
"I can't let you two go any farther." He bluntly states. Mine and Naruto's body freeze up at his statement.
"Kiyoshi...what do you mean by that." Naruto questions a sweat dropping down his face.
"I mean I can't let you get to Sasuke. Those were my orders from him."
I feel my hands shake in confusion and stare into Kiyoshi's eyes. They showed no remorse or a glint of sarcasm, he was completely serious.
Kiyoshi....why?
