I sighed feeling the hot air brushing against my skin.
I was given a cup of hot chocolate and a thick blanket.
I was lying in bed in the medical centre, staring at the storm outside when I heard someone screaming my name.
"Seohyun!"
Someone firmly wrapped her arms around my neck.
"Oh Lyla!" I gave her a big hug.
"I thought I can't see you anymore," she started crying, "I'm sorry for leaving you in the forest. I tried to find you but the storm was too..too big."
"Don't cry. It's not your fault!" I laughed, "and I'm here now so don't worry okay?"
She obediently nodded.
"Oh but, where did you go then? I have heard people saying that you didn't come back with Won-Young."
I once again explained everything that I had experienced including what Jimin told me.
"Wow."
She scratched her head thoughtfully.
"Someone locked you up? And Jimin came to rescue you? That's straight out of a movie," she joked.
"But seriously, do you think it might be her?" I whispered.
"Who?"
"Her!" I whispered, "who else if not." I rolled my eyes at her.
"Ah," she giggled for her stupidity.
"Well, it's weird that she actually said that you weren't there but you were."
"Maybe she really thought I wasn't there?" I asked.
"But still, imagine," she paused and fixed her sitting position so she could be directly facing me.
"If you were her, you were first found, someone asked if you knew where Won-young was, what would you answer?"
I thought. "'I don't know'?"
"Exactly! You wouldn't say 'I'm sure she isn't there', right?"
She has a point.
How come I have never thought about that?
Seeing my puzzled and surprised face, she repeatedly pointed at her head while mouthing 'smart ass'.
"Shut up." I smacked her head.

"Hey Jin-Hwan, come sit here."
I pointed at the chairs surrounding a big wooden table.
"Yay, what's for dinner tonight?" Lyla asked as she jumped into the room.
"I don't know. I only knew that we're having dinner here cause the four of us just came back from hell," I scoffed.
Jungkook leisurely walked in, followed by Won-Young.
Jungkook smiled seeing us all. He put his damp towel around his neck after he dried his hair with it.
"Are you guys alright?" He asked looking at Won-Young and I.
"I-"
"Yeah, we're fine. Look at us!" Won-Young replied and raised up her arms showing him that she's still properly living.
"Good...what about you Seohyun?" Jungkook turned to me.
Well glad that he didn't forget me after I was cut off.
"I'm fine, I just couldn't find Won-Young and I was locked up in a house a few hours ago."
"What the fuck, that's shit," Jin-Hwan added with a surprised expression.
I raised my brows.
Yes it is.
"I was so worried for you," Won-Young suddenly spoke in a worried tone, "where did you even go? I told you to wait for me when I went to check the directions, didn't I?"
"Well clearly she heard someone screaming for help in the house so she went to help," Lyla said but I could hear her sarcasm and irritation so I quickly held her hand to hopefully calm her down.
"Dinner's here!"
I turned to the doorway and saw Jimin holding a tray of food.
I uncontrollably smiled.
"Sir, are you hurt? I've heard that you went to the rescue as well," Won-Young concernedly asked as she ran to Jimin and held his wrist.
I frowned.
"No, I'm okay," Jimin plainly replied and gently pushed her away.
Won-Young smiled.
Why does it feel a bit weird today?
Jimin walked to our sides and carefully placed the dishes in front of us.
"Chicken curry!" I screamed in excitement under my breath.
I looked over my shoulder as I heard someone chuckled.
"It's your favorite isn't it?" Jimin said.
"Yep, did you tell the kitchen to make this for us?"
He nodded. "It's your favorite so ... of course."
I giggled but paused immediately when I turned around and noticed all the eyes on me.
I picked up the spoon.
Just act natural.
"Is there something between the two of you?" Won-Young asked with a spoon between her lips.
"You two have been smiling at each other for a while and Mr. Park even knew what you like to eat-"
"Do you have to point out the obvious?" Jungkook spoke as he played with the rice on his plate.
"No of course not, we're nothing more than ... just a teacher and a student," Jimin quickly mentioned and moved on to give Jin-hwan his plate of food.
The tension in this room was growing so intensely that it was getting hard to breathe.
"Seohyun-ah, you know you can always share with us if you have someone on your mind?" Won-Young giggled as she hopped to my side.
I faked a smile.
I won't say I'm a very patient person.
"Won-Young, can you go back to your seat first?" Jimin asked.
Won-Young was blocking his way.
"Oh yeah sure."
I gasped when Won-Young accidentally bumped into Jimin and the plate on his hands shattered on the floor.
"Oh my gosh, I..I'm so sorry," Won-Young apologised and tried to wipe off the dirt on Jimin's shirt with her hands.
I thought Jimin would either get very moody or stay very calm but now, he's just looking blank.
His actions were not so gentle anymore though.
He instantly grabbed Won-Young's wrist.
"This, is enough. Please can you sit down first and I will clean this up myself."
Won-Young pouted and did as she was told.
None of us dared to speak, not even Jungkook.
The atmosphere here was stuffy.
Jimin came back with a towel. He squatted down and started wiping the floor.
It irritated me to see Jimin cleaning up a mess for others.
Especially in this case, the mess was caused by Won-Young.
I turned to her.
Still with that annoying puppy face.
She isn't even bothered to help?
She was my friend but somehow she brought me disgust after the accident.
Can I still trust her?
(A/N: last 2 weeks before my mocks start. My schedule is so tight. I'm about to cry for the amount of work I have to do everyday omg. I always start studying at 1130am till 11pm.
But good news is that I've received an email from my school a few days ago. They've decided to give me a full scholarship😭never thought this would happen.
I'm changing school soon thoooo so I guess I'll try and apply for a scholarship in my new school☁️☁️)
