Hi! I'm Kayla Grey-Shepherd. My mom is Meredith Grey and my dad is Derek Shepherd. They didn't meet long before they had me. The weird thing is that they barely knew each other.

Addison Montgomery showed up in town after my parents started dating and before they knew they would have me. She was my dad's wife. She showed up and my dad wanted nothing to do with her. I've met her though and I really like her. Anyways, they ended up getting divorce and my mom found out she was pregnant. They dated until she was five months pregnant with me and then got married.
