It's five-fifty A.M., and I get a text from my friend, Tomo.

TRIGGER CONCERT @ 6 2NIGHT!!! LET'S GO!!!

I roll my eyes. I had heard a lot about this idol group, but didn't know enough about them to care or admire the band.

NOOO!!! I don't want to go!!!

I'm not really interested in them!

Sowee!!! :(

I text.

Come on! It'll be fun!

Tell you what; come, and if u don't like it then...

U can make me do whatever STUPID dare you want me to.

Ok?

I sigh, annoyed.

That sounds stupid...

Exactly. That's the point.

I wouldn't want to do that to a friend of mine.

I'm not doing that. No deal, but I will come.

YAAAS!!! U won't regret it!

I have 2 volunteer @ the school for the day.

When do u want 2 meet up for the concert?

5:45. That way we can get there TENN minutes early! >u<

Tenn is one of the singers in TRIGGER. I see the members' names everywhere on big promoting boards when I'm out and about. Tomo is obsessed with them. Sometimes I worry.

Where do you want to meet?

My house or ur house?

Ur house.

K. Gtg. Bye.

Bye bye. ;)

That's his catchphrase. 'Bye bye'. He uses it at the end of his solo songs. At least that's what Tomo says. She listens to his songs on repeat.

I set down my phone, and rise out of bed to start getting ready. Before the school year started, I chose to volunteer. Now I volunteer every other Friday for the whole day.

Time passes... I get out of the shower, dry off, and put on some clean clothes. I prepare breakfast. Omelet rice. While it's cooling down, I blow dry my hair. I check the weather on my phone as I do. It looks like it's going to rain. I better remember to bring an umbrella...

The sound of the doorbell rings faintly from the entrance. My package must be here, I think. I also offered to order books for their library, since it was the start of a semester, and they needed new ones to restock. I'll bring it to the class once I'm there. I go to the front door and open it. I pick up the package and start to bring it in when I hear a "Woof!"

I pause. What was that? I carry the box the rest of the way in, set it down, shut the door, then look up. I spot a small golden tail turn the corner into my kitchen. A puppy snuck into my house? I'm about to follow it, when I hear the doorbell ring again. What now? I turn back to the door and open it.

A boy around his early twenties, looks to be five feet; eight inches, with short white or silver colored hair and violet eyes stands there. "I'm so sorry to intrude," he says kindly. "But did you happen to see a puppy run in here at all? I know that's a weird question to ask... I was just wondering."

"Yes, in fact. I did," I reply. "I think it ran into my kitchen. Come in and we can look for it together." I move out of the way to let him enter.

"Thank you, and I'm sorry again for intruding."

"Oh, no. It's fine." I remember how I look with my wet damp hair and blush. How embarrassing for me to appear like this in front of a cute boy like him. I shut the door behind the two of us, and I lead him towards the kitchen. "Is it yours?" I ask to make conversation.

"No, actually. I saw him, while I was walking outside, and didn't want to leave him by himself. So, I tried to coax him into my arms. As I did he apparently thought it was playtime and ran off in a game of chase."

"Cute," I commented. We entered the kitchen but didn't see a dog anywhere. "Where could it have gone?"

We soon hear growling in the dining room. We both turn another corner and see... The puppy eating my breakfast! "No! Puppy! Don't do that!" I panic a bit, rushing over to shoo the dog away from my food. Now I'm really embarrassed. Not only has this young man seen me with wet tangled hair but the dog left a mess of food on the floor.

I pick up the dog and it happily licks my face. "Here's the dog." I hand the puppy over to the young man. The energetic animal starts to lick his face.

"Thank you. By the way, I'm So Saka."

I pull a clip from off of a counter and pin it in my hair. I begin to pick up the spilled entrails of the omelet. I continue to introduce myself. "I'm Y/N."

"Thank you for helping me find this mischievous one." He refers to the pooch. "Here let me help. Where's your trash can?"

I nod over to the kitchen closet. He carries the garbage over. He helps me pick up the mess. "I apologize for the mess," I reply sheepishly.

"That's okay. I like to clean."

We both smile at each other. Once, we finish cleaning we sit down to play with the dog for a bit.

"Cute puppy," I comment. "Boy or girl?" I ask.

"Boy."

I nod. As I pet the canine my eyes slowly trail up to look at So. His eyes are beautiful. They're like shining amethysts. Is it the puppy I'm call cute or So? I think to myself. I realize I've been staring for too long and look away. "Um, I'm so sorry, but I have somewhere to-" I begin.

"Oh, of course! Thank you for, uh-"

"Yeah, it's not a problem! I hope to see you in the future-!"

"Maybe tonight-!"

"Heheh. Yeah." We're at the entrance to my house, and I open the door for him. So carries the dog out. I wave goodbye as he leaves, then realize what he said. 'Maybe tonight-!' Will we meet again? I shake my head. It was probably in the rush of things. I turn around, shut the door, and continue to get ready.
