Rang the morning alarm.
Shehnaaz frowned hearing it.
Shehnaaz: haaye ye mua alarm roz kyu bajta hai subeh subeh.
Saari neend kharab kardi meri.
Just as she was cribbing and cursing her alarm she heard a voice
Pammi Ji: Shehnaaz putter uthi ya nahi?
Roz roz late uthti hai fir jaldi jaldi mai meeting hai karte karte breakfast kiye bina bhaag jaati hai office.
Aaj sun lay.. tujhe jitna b late ho raha ho.. kitne bhi important clients kyu na anewale ho tujhe breakfast ke bina nai jaane dungi mai..Toh fatafat niche aja taiyar hoke.
Pammi ji is the one who took care of Shehnaaz after the demise of her parents.
Shehnaaz was just 18 years old when her parents died in a car accident.
Pammi ji was Shehnaaz's nanny then and now she is like her mother.
She is a 50 year old widow who lives with Shehnaaz with her 18 year old daughter Ria.
Ria and Shehnaaz share a sisterly bond.
Shehnaaz treats her like a younger sister while Ria respects Shehnaaz and considers her as her idol.

After 30 minutes Shehnaaz came down looking like a true businesswoman, in a black pencil skirt and maroon top, running down the stairs in a hurry to leave for office where she met a very angry Pammi Ji at the door.
Pammi Ji: kaha chali aap?
Shehnaaz: beeji, aaj sachi late ho raha hai.. kal se roz pakka time pe uthungi and breakfast karke jaungi.
(She pleaded with her best puppy eyes)
Pammi Ji: aaj toh teri yeh cute si shakal bhi mujhe convince nai kar payegi.
Chup chap chalke table pe baith mai nashta lagati hu.
Shehnaaz reluctantly agreed because she knows when Pammi Ji says something you dont argue.. you just listen and obey.

Shehnaaz was heaving breakfast when Ria came and sat in front of her.
Ria: Good morning di
Shehnaaz: Good morning Ria. Kaisa chal raha hai tumhara college?
Ria: Acha chal raha hai.. bas next week ache se chutti mil jayega 3 days ki
Shehnaaz: kyu?
Ria: arey college se boot camp jaa rahe hai sab.. mai nai jaa rahi so mujhe toh chutti na.
Shehnaaz: ek minute.. agar college se sab jaa rahe hai toh tu kyu nai jaa rahi?
Ria: woh di actually
She could not complete her statement because Pammi Ji cut her in between
Pammi Ji: offo kitna bolti hai Ria. Bechari bacchi ko mushkil se breakfast karneka time milta hai.. usme bhi tu bole jaa rahi hai kabse.. yeh lay tu b breakfast kar
(She said everything glaring at Ria)
Shehnaaz understood that the matter is something else.
Shehnaaz: aap log ke pass ginn ke 5 minutes hai mujhe sach batane.
Chalo batao baat kya hai?
Pammi Ji: arey kuch nai bacche.. yeh toh kuch bhi bolti hai
Shehnaaz: ek toh khud mujhe apni bachi bolti ho aur fir khud mujhse juth bhi bolti ho.. waah Pammi Ji waah
(She said sarcastically)
Aapko meri kasam hai chalo batao jaldi jaldi.
Ria: woh di actually boot camp ki fees Rs 3000 hai so mumma ne bola that..
Shehnaaz: aur tune mujhe aake nai bola? Seriously for Rs 3000 you want to waste this chance and experience?
She gets up, removes her wallet and hands Rs 5000 to Ria.
Ria: Di aap kya kar rahe ho.. Rs 3000 hi hai fees.
Shehnaaz: haan suna woh maine.. par tujhe aur chize bhi toh lagegi na boot camp ke liye woh kharid lena and baki paise apne pass rakhna waha zarurat pad sakti hai.
Pammi Ji: bache iski zarurat nai hai
Shehnaaz: beeji aapse na maine wapas ghar aakar ache se baat karni hai.
Abhi meri 1 important meeting hai isiliye jaa rahi hu but we will talk about it when I come back.
With that she left in the hopes of a happy day..
Little did she know that what was gonna come on her way !
Aisi hai humari Shehnaaz.. always there to help others and spread positivity.
