Shehnaaz's eyes widen in shock on listening to him
All her thoughts went haywire
Did he just repeat the last note she received form her stalker?
How does he know about him?
No no no..
He said like he ment it..
Does it mean that he is the stalker?

Siddharth inwardly chuckled seeing her confused face
He knew she was joining the dots in her head

Siddharth went near her ear and spoke huskily

Siddharth: yes you are thinking right my baby..

And she came back to her senses
Did she hear him right?

Shehnaaz: how could you?
(She said in a tone less then a whisper but loud enough for him to hear)

Siddharth went quiet..from all the scenarios he had prepared himself for.. this was not what he had expected.. he did not know what to answer

Seeing him quiet she spoke again..a little louder

Shehnaaz: tum they woh?

Siddharth: haan mai tha.. what did you expect jaan? Mere alawa koi aur hoga jisko tumhari haar baat malum hogi?
No one can come close to what is mine! Forget about touching you!
(He said looking directly in her eyes)

Shehnaaz: how could you do this? Jitna kia hai aaj tak kam tha ke ab yeh?

She said and jerked him away.

Siddharth composed his balance and pinned her again before she escapes

Siddharth: tum bhul chuki thi whom do you belong..
Yaad kara raha tha tumhe..

Shehnaaz: excuse me? Whom do I belong? I belong to no one Mr Shukla
I am not a possession who belongs to someone
What is this caveman attitude?

Siddharth smirked

Siddharth: if I had a caveman attitude then I would not give you so much time and space
I would have put you on my shoulders and have locked you away from the world the moment I saw you.

Shehnaaz: I dont care what you think.. but just get one thing straight
I am here with you just because I want the kids to believe that they also have a family..

Siddharth: and I want the kids to have a complete family!
Which means mummy papa and kids

Shehnaaz: are you out of your mind?

Siddharth tightened the hold on her.. he snaked his one hand around her small waist and pulled her to his chest

Siddharth: never.. I am never letting you go away from me once again..

Shehnaaz looked straight in his eyes and spoke

Saying she started wiggling out of his hold.
But did not even budge.
Instead he tighten his hold and pulled her closer.

Siddharth: I am glad that you decided to show up..
If not.. sooner or later I would have found you anyways.

A humourless laugh came out of Shehnaaz

Shehnaaz: ya right? Isiliye you decided to  break me first.. haina?
Ab toh aapko destiny mai kya likha hai woh bhi pata hai..
So you thought jo mera hai uske sath toh main kuch bhi kar sakta hu..
Uski life thodina hai.. uski feelings thodina hai.. dil toh hai hi nahi!
She is my possession.. not a human!
(Sarcasm was dripping of her tone)

Siddharth sighed.. what has he done!!!!!

Siddharth: no this is not what I thought okay..

Siddharth was shocked.. did she say she would hear him out?

Siddharth: 5 saalo se mai saza hi bhugat raha hu Shehnaaz
Apne bacho se door raha.. arey mujhe toh unke bare mai pata bhi nahi tha..
Pal pal tut ta raha mai.. din raat 1 kar diye tujhe dhundhne..
Dil dukhta tha mera jab tumhara kuch pata nahi chal raha tha..
Akela ho gaya tha mai bilkul..
Roz naye logo se milta tha.. par woh fir bhi akela tha..
And abhi bhi tumse door rehna saza se kam nahi hai..

Shehnaaz: aur yeh sab kyu hua Siddharth?

And he stumbled back..
What could he reply?
Because of a promise?
Or because he decided to act like an emotional fool?
Or because he misunderstood her?
It was like she punched his guts ..

Shehnaaz took the chance and ran out of the room.
Leaving a miserable Siddharth behind.
