Chapter Two... Up Up And Away !!!!!

It had been several weeks since the reading of the Will and was the day that the money would be cleared in Stuart's bank account, as soon as the bells had chimed midnight on the big grandfather clock that stood in the hallway, Stuart grabbed his phone and clicked on his banking app, He wanted to check and see if the money had actually gone into his account or if it was just a dream that he was having, He couldn't believe his eye's ... the money wasn't in, he refreshed the page a couple of times. still wasn't anything there in his account...BUT then, after he refreshed it one last time the money was there, now for sure he thought he was dreaming. he had NEVER seen so many zeroes in one place, was always just the one zero he was used to, he rubbed his eye's in disbelieve and refreshed the app once more as he was sure there had been a mistake or something, but no ... it was still there.

Stuart tried hard to get some sleep but was WAY too excited, to even keep his eyes shut, as soon as 07:00hrs was displayed on his bedside clock he picked up his phone and dialled Matt's Number, to tell him the news about his aunties inheritance money, and how his bank account had the most zero's he had ever seen, But before he could press call, he heard his doorbell go and the loudest three knocks on the front door. Stuart somehow knew that it was Matt and ran downstairs and opened the door and greeted his best mate in the only way they knew.

Their very own handshake, the same handshake they had made up when there were in pre-school. before the door had even had a chance to click on the catch Stuart and Matt were talking about which countries they both wanted to go to, they couldn't agree on any, as Matt suggested they should go to hot countries as he was fed up with the Scottish weather always being wet and cold, but Stuart didn't mind that as he hated the heat, he wanted to visit Canada as he knew a couple of people from Toronto and wanted to go visit them. In the end, because neither of them could agree on any countries that they wanted to visit, Stuart suggested that they both write down ten countries that they would like to visit and if any were duplicated that would be the countries that they would visit.

Nearly thirty minutes had passed when they had both written down ten countries each, there were four duplicated countries, so that was settled they would go to the four countries that were duplicated which were, Poland, Canada, Switzerland and China, Stuart was really excited about the fact Matt had put Canada in his list, but Matt knew that Stuart really really wanted to go there so he could see his friends and have a little time there with them. The both of them were that excited that they were shaking. Stuart did all the planning of the trips and the booking of the transport, several hours had passed before he realised that neither of them had eaten anything all day.

They stopped the travel plans and Stuart made his favourite Sandwich, a Coronation Chicken with cheese and onion crisps, once they had finished up their lunch they went back to booking the travel, They had never travelled like this before, they had been on a couple of flights down to the east coast of France, But this time money was NO object, so Stuart made a point of treating Matt and himself by booking first class, The first country on their list they were both going to visit would be Switzerland the second would be Poland, third would be Canada and finishing off with China.

Stuart was that excited that he printed off the boarding tickets immediately, even though they weren't leaving for a couple of weeks, but not only had he done that, but he had also printed off a tour guide, Stuart had bought new clothes and had them all washed and ironed and folded in piles neatly on the spare table in his bedroom all ready to be pack into his suitcase. The next ten days flew by, The last four seemed to drag or that's what Stuart thought anyway, Stuart lost count of how many times he looked out his passport and the boarding passes, Just to make sure he still had them. He had booked to see Canada's most renowned natural wonder, Niagara Falls....he had only read about it and had only dreamt of going and seeing it, He also booked the pair a night tour to see the aurora borealis ( commonalty known as the Northern Lights), also Stuart had been in contact with his mate that lived in Canada and had arranged and booked to have a nice meal with his friend and his family, as he had planned to stay with them for a few days while they stayed in Canada. Stuart seemed more excited about going to Canada than the first two countries they were going to visit first. But knew he had to plan his time in Switzerland first,

Stuart had always been keen on skiing, he'd been on a couple of long weekend breaks away to the French Alps as a kid when he was growing up with his Auntie, he thought it would be fitting that the first country would be up in the mountains and that he could get proper lessons and be taught how to ski properly for once, He chuckled to himself as he reminisced of the old days and how he really needed the lessons. Once again he had a wee chuckle to himself as he remembered how Vivian would always say how she would always dread Stuart going up the mountain and every time she heard the helicopter she just had a sinking feeling deep in her stomach as she always just assumed it would be for Stuart. Thankfully it was never for him, so every night Vivian would thank her lucky stars that he always came home in one piece. Stuart was always hungry after a full day's skiing, and his Auntie knew this so she always made his favourite home-cooked meal for him, Mince and Tatties with cabbage and boiled potatoes, oh and you couldn't forget the dumplings Aunt Vivian's dumplings were just to die for. As soon as Stuart opened the door, he would be greeted with a huge hug and a smile from his aunt. He missed his Aunt very much, which made him sad a tear came to Stuart's eyes, he wiped the tears away and took a deep breath and decided to make more plans for their trip to Switzerland.
