The New Kid

•~Bakugou's Pov~•
'Circus music playing in the background, the laughter from the crowd, everyone was having a great time at the show...good' I thought as I swayed in the air just out of sight, waiting for my cue to be lowered and for the lights to go on me.

When my cue had come on I started my classic routine, adding a few new moves in as I go with my act. During the act I got the occasional gasp in fear in me falling, or the applause from when I did some cool trick

'I did great out there!' I thought as I was finishing up my act with a smirk on my face. When my act was over I was raised back out of view and I had climbed off of the props and onto the catwalk up above so I could climb down to the side stage.

On my way down I happened to run into one of the stage monitor's that work from above, watching over people, make sure they don't go in the wrong direction, you get the point. "Hey Bakugou! Great job out there, just wanted to let you know that before you go home the Ringleader wanted to have everyone meet up, he has some announcement for everyone I assume." The stage monitor said, I replied with "oh, sure I assume in the clowns makeup room as always?"
"Yep, we really need to work on getting a actual place to meet up at though, not the clowns break room Haha!"
"Yea thats true haha"
"Ok see you later dude!"
"Yea see you later."

•~after the circus closed for the day~•

I walked up to the tent we where all meeting in, I walk over to an open seat next to one of the animal tamers and start talking to her.

•~A/N Ik some people dont agree with animals being in circus's but I wanted to add it, if you don't like it please keep it to yourselves ty!~•

"Hey Nisa! Any idea why we might be here?" I said
"No not really? Maybe it's to cheer us up, i know lately we have been struggling in performances.." Nisa said,
"*Scoffs* we did Fine if anyone else thinks different then who needs them!"

Nisa started to laugh and after a while we went on about small talk until the Ringleader had come into the tent. "Welcome everyone to this very exciting meeting!! I am pleased to say we had just about a full house and we are starting to become very popular in this City!" The ringleader had started off with, everyone was cheering or clapping, the ringleader put his hands up to have everyone be quiet again, he waited a minute then clasped his hands together excited and said to all of us "And on this happy news, I would like to introduce someone to all of you...He will be a very big part of the circus now and I hope you all like him as much as I do!"

And at that moment, when the ringleader pulled the curtain open and the moonlight seeped into the tent and reflected on a small figure that was walking into the tent, when the ringleader had dropped the curtain everyone had seen the small boy that was standing next to the ringleader, he had a shy but electric smile, he was wearing a slightly baggy yellow hoodie with black sleeves with some white pants with rips on the knees and smaller rips by the thighs. After studying him I looked back at his face, he had a small lightning bolt tattoo on his left cheek right under his eye, his eyes where a metallic gold that seemed to have an electric look in them, his hair was a golden blond with a black streak in his hair, (•~i decided for denki to not have a lightning bolt in his hair but to have a highlight of black in his hair~•) his hair was straight but hung over his eyes slightly.

'In first impressions he seems like a high schooler maybe 16 at the youngest..' "This is Denki Kaminari!" The ringleader had said in a excited tone, you could tell the ringleader was trying his best to hide the nervous tone in his voice though.

Whispers all around the room where starting to grow and then Nisa had whispered to me "hey..what do you think of the new kid?" I scoffed and whispered back "he must be around 16, he seems to excited about all of this.."

The ringleader clears his throat and says "He is one of our new acrobatic's and will be practicing later tonight, probably around when you guys go to head home." Someone I would assume angel, someone from the motorcycle act, had asked "how old is he?" Angel sounded more frustrated than curious..

The ringleader looked at 'kaminari' and the kid nodded, then the ringleader had said "you can all ask him questions later, for now get some rest and tomorrow you guys can all get a proper introduction to each other, thats all for today! Stick around, go home, i don't care just make sure to clean up, and to be here at 8:35 AM SHARP! NO LATER" we all nod or say ok, and when I looked over to where Kaminari was last, 'he was gone?'

Ty for reading todays chapter of Circus~ and ik im not the best writer 😅 although this was my first time writing- i also wrote this at 3 am ;-; but yeah!

So I plan on writing a small thing soon, for info on characters that are introduced already, maybee new ones i plan to introduce you too later, but yeah! Also not fully edited, i needed sleep ;-;
When i put ' ' it most likely means thoughts and when i put " " it means talking.
