01 | Come Out, Come Out, Wherever You Are.

"C'mon M'lady. Don't you ever wonder who I am?" Cat Noir sighed as he looked at his girlfriend.

"No. You know the consequences" She scoffed at his behavior and looked at the city. Her expression was different from her usual joyful one.

"Well, we defeated Hawk Moth. There's no one to stop us from being the purrrrfect~ pair now." Even after four years of battling side by side, his comedic timing still needed work.

"Kitty, I didn't ask you here so you could ask for my identity. I need to say something." She sighed. Her gaze made its way to his chest, and slowly to his eyes. "I think we should break up." Her tone was full of regret and hurt, it was clear this wasn't what her heart wanted.

"Why?" He blurted out as she barely managed to finish the last word.

"You're right. There may be no villains to jeopardize the safety of us and the city, but there will be in the future. You heard Bunnyx. Our relationship only jeopardizes the city." She turned back to the city as lights around faded leaving the stars to light up the night sky.

"M'lady." He grabbed her arm before she could grab her yo-yo, "I promise I'll always love you."

"Don't make promises you can't keep Kitty." She sighed and grabbed her yo-yo after he let go. She slung her yo-yo and disappeared in the blink of an eye.

"I'll never break it." He said to himself as he sighed, sitting back down to watch the sleeping city.

(Four Years Later.)

"Take that!" Jake said as he through a pillow at Marinette. She caught it and threw it back in a fast movement. She giggled as it hit his face.

"You're supposed to catch it-" She was interrupted by the slight ding of her phone. She picked it up and clicked on the notification to see what it was. "Oh, Alya wants to have a beach day tomorrow she invited everyone from my high school freshman class."

"Huh. Ooh! Does that include the guy you had a crush on for three years. I want to meet this guy." He chuckled. "Do you think Alya and Nino will bring their kid?"

"I don't know. I told Alya we'll be there. Hopefully everyone comes." Marinette thought about everyone, what their lives were like now, what they were like now. It had been six years since she had seen everyone.

Sure, Alya and Nino met up with Mari and Jake every week for coffee, but everyone else was distant. Adrien had distanced himself from everyone after his fathers defeat. He had become the first ever number 1# model under 30, and was starting his own fashion line. These days Marinette only saw him in Magazines at the store.

Rose and Juleka were still best friends, but they moved to Tokyo and were living there for a while up until recently.

Mylene and Ivan still lived in Paris, they're happily married and have a baby on the way. Everyone knew they would stay together.

Chloe was no longer a petty snake. She had developed her own clothing line and started to model as well. She and Mari were actually good friends now.

Alya and Nino live in Paris, they're also happily married with twins on the way along with a five year old boy.

Believe it or not, Kim went to the Navy. Marinette knew Kim wouldn't be there.
