Sure enough, both Braedey and McQueen were now getting themselves ready for the World Grand Prix. Ramone decided to give both racecars a new paintjob, Leyland having arrived on the scene a little while ago before departure, to give his verdict on Braedey's look and design, as well as Braedey's mechanic to do some modifications under the racecar's hood.

Lightning got his new paint, removing the Rust-eze logo and bolt stickers, and has the "Hudson Hornet Piston Cup" logo on his hood. His Piston Cup decals, all still on the bottom of his sides, are replaced by the World Grand Prix and Allinol logos. His ducktail spoiler is replaced by a raised one, which has the name of Rust-eze replaced by the World Grand Prix logo. He also uses different sets of tires outside races and has a large bolt shape that is again orange and yellow in the same locations, but with green borders, and the back of the bolt is styled after flames, which there is also a dark red flame behind the bolt. The borders of his racing number are also changed from white to green. Beside his front fenders, he has an idol that is almost shaped like a crest, which the World Grand Prix logo and symbol inside it on the top, with the United States flag and his racing number beneath. On his new door skirts is now written "WORLD GRAND PRIX Allinol" and on the rear bumper is written "WGP 95 POWERED BY Allinol". Additionally, he gets his headlight stickers replaced with actual headlights.

McQueen opened up the paint booth, revving his engine twice as he rolled out, now revealing his new looks. "Ka-chow!" He announced, flashing one of his lights. He looked over to the next booth, as Braedey rolled out to reveal himself. "Nice looks, Bolt."

Braedey's new paintwork and stickers gleamed in the lights. His Piston Cup Championship sticker was moved up onto his roof. It was replaced with the round Redbulldozer logo, the edge of which is surrounded by about 10cm of navy blue paint that fades into his red paint. He'd also been allowed to keep his number – 95 – which was now painted in yellow on each of his side windows, just above his name – Martin – which was also on there. His gold fire lightning bolts on his sides had now been repainted in yellow (for the lightning bolt) which faded into navy blue (for the flame). In place of his racing number over each of the lightning bolts was the word 'Redbulldozer'. Written on the top of his spoiler is Redbulldozer's slogan, 'Gives You Wheels'. Finally, various other sponsors stickers were plastered neatly all over him. He has Allinol logos and markings on parts of his body, one on his rear bumper, and on part of his skirting.

"Boom!" Braedey struck a pose, his engine revving.

"Wow, Ramone. You are the best in the paint business." Leyland complimented to the lowrider. He drove up to Braedey. "How do you like it?" He asked.

"I really like it. I mean, I do like my original paint, but this will do." Braedey commented. He looked over to McQueen. "Let's get this party started." He declared.

"Right." McQueen agreed.

In addition to the new paint schemes, McQueen also got Mater, Luigi, Guido, Sarge, and Fillmore to be part of his team. Each of the vehicles now received a large sticker shaped like a flame with a number 95 on it, labelling them as McQueen's team. Annalise was also given the 95 sticker, plus the Redbulldozer logo on both her doors, as well as the Hudson Hornet logo on her hood, in memory of her father.
