Another Love Story: The Magic behind it All

Chapter 1

"Ezlynn!!" I heard Parker call as I walked through the doors of our college.

Our college was absolutely massive. It had old oak walls, a lobby area with red couches, a tremendous bookshelf on a wall which was in the lobby. Overall, it was a beautiful school.

"Hey Parker! So.. this is where we spend the next four years of our lives?" I asked Parker.

"I guess so. Who knows, maybe you'll find a guy.." Parker said jokingly.

"Haha very funny!" I said back to Parker with an annoyed tone.

"You'll find someone, I will act like I hate them because you're my best friend and then you won't need me anymore." Parker said in a sad tone.

"Parker Andrew Grayson, I will always need you!" I yelled at him trying to reassure him that I will always need him.

"Ok enough.. I don't want to cry!" Parker said laughing.

 Our conversation was cut short when I heard footsteps coming toward us. These footprints sounded very familiar, but I couldn't quite understand where I remember them from.

"Hi, I'm Saige Whitmore and you are at Whitmore College! Do you guys need help finding your way around?" Saige asked.

"Hi Saige. I'm Ezlynn! I think you are my roommate if I am not mistaken?" I replied.

"I am! Our dorm is number 823!" Saige said with happiness in her voice.

"I'm Parker. Do you know where my dorm is?" He asked.

"Parker Grayson? Your dorm is 856. Your roommate is Leo Scott." Saige said.

"Thank you." Parker said in return.

"Let me warn you both though about a girl named Cali Huntsman. Stay away from her. She might seem all nice, but she isn't. Trust me." Saige warned Parker and I.

"That name sounds very familiar but I'll take my chances." Parker said being himself.

"You shouldn't remember her.." Saige whispered under her breath.

"What did you say?" Parker asked.

"Oh nothing.. have a great day!" She replied.

 Parker doesn't follow the rules. He would rather find out what the worst is on his own. Sometimes that's good and sometimes it's bad.
