Everyone outside can hear Nami's cry inside a hospital room. Kasama nito sa loob an mga doctor atnurse na gumagamot ng sugat nito. It wasn't actually a wound, but burn. An accident happened inside the ComFee corner. Marami kasing customers sa restaurant nito at hindi na magkanda-ugaga si Nami at lahat ng staffs nito.
Nami was in a hurry and she was the one frying the orders, but she was unfortunate dahil biglang pumutok ang mga piniprito niyang liempo na kakakulo lang. She wasn't wearing anything but apron dahil sa taranta niya, and now, it happened.
"Nagpatawag na si Macey diba? Hindi ba siya pwedeng patulugin? Naawa ako kay Nami." Andrea looked at her friends.
"Hindi. Boba." Trisha rolled her eyes.
Alam naman ni Andrea ang sagot pero hindi niya kayang tignan o marinig ang kaibigan na umiiyak na sa sakit. It was too painful dahil Nakita niyang buong dalawang kamay nito ang naputukan ng mantika. It must be very painful to endure.
"May pain relievers na?"
Hindi pa nakakasagot si Trisha nang makita nilang papasok na si Russel sa loob. "Ito, pain reliever, bibigay namin." Russel opened the door, and they can all hear Nami's cry in pain louder before it was muffled when the door finally closed.
"Tinawagan mo na jowa?" Tanong ni Trisha.
"Ba't niyo tatawagan?" they heard an emotionless voice behind.
It was Candace. Mukhang hinihingal pa ito dahil sa pagmamadali. They called the whole whip of Trust because of Nami Ang iba ang nasa operation kaya hindi makapunta.
"Kumusta 'yan?"
But another cry from Nami was heard that answered Candace's query.
"Wag niyong papupuntahin 'yon. Baka nga siya gumawa 'non e." Candace sat on the waiting area but it wasn't that long when Andrea saw a familiar figure. Halata sa mukha nito ang pangamba at pag-aalala habang pabaling baling ang ulo nito na para bang may hinahanap.
Then he looked at her. Parang gusto niyang magtago sa likod ni Trisha pero nang tignan niya ang kaibigan ang mukhang gusto rin nitong magtago sa likod niya.
What the hell bhie?!
Then they both glanced at Candace.
Galit ang robot!
Clodoveo came running to them, his face was emotionless like the usual. Nakakatakot pa rin ang aura nito, at hindi naman lingid sa kaalaman niya na mamamatay tao ito...ewan niya ba kay Nami at mukhang napalo ng sandok sa bungo at si Clodoveo pa talaga ang jinowa.
"Where is Nami?" he asked in stern voice.
Kulang na lang pati pubic hair niya ay manayo dahil sa lamig ng boses nito.
"Ba't mo hinahanap?" Candace tried to interfere but Clodoveo's eyes settled on the door near them. It's the derma's emergency clinic.
Hindi nito pinansin si Candace at basta na lang nitong binuksan ang pintuan. Muli nilang narinig ang iyak ni Nami habang ginagamot ito ng mga doctor. Malaya nilang Nakita si Nami na halos maligo na sa pawis at luha nito.
"Babe..." Clodoveo's voice called the attention of the people inside.
"Cleo..." Nami cried. "Ang sakit...ayoko na... please..."
The door was left open. Clodoveo was ordered to leave the room but in just one glare, they got back to work. He sat on the chair near Nami's head. He was too close to Nami's head that he made his shoulder her pillow just to calm Nami down.
He's kissing Nami's face...her forehead and caressing her had just to calm her down.
He's whispering sweet nothings to her.
His aura gone soft.
He became another person while calming Nami.
Nagkatinginan si Andrea at Trisha. Their mouth formed an 'o', because of the mixture of amazement and doubts.
Then they both looked at Candace.
Trisha smirked. "Issue ka teh? May elemental powers ba si jowa using mantika?"
"Issue mo one-night stand." Candace fired back.
Gustong humalakhak ni Andrea dahil sa narinig but she kept it to herself. Baka mabatukan pa siya ng kaibigan e.
On the other hand...
There's a couple behind them...secretly watching while the one's popping a lollipop on her mouth.
She smirked. "Sweet right, Kitsuen-sha?"
His boyfriend rolled his eyes. "Stop watching Japanese Anime for God's sake, baby."
Then he claimed her lips in an instant.
