Can we play dress up?
You'll be the prince
I'll be the princess
School can be the ball
In which we fell in love
Soon we will meet again
Draped in jewels and riches
The most romantic of them all
Can we play dress up?
Put on a show
Play the parts
You'll be the prince
I'll be the princess
Just like the olden days
Romeo and Juliet
The perfect play
Can we play dress up?
You'll have to play the part
The boy in love
I don't need to act
Truly, I don't
I, the princes
Waiting for her prince
The boy who plays dress up
Can we play dress up?
Hopefully it will become reality
One day
Perhaps we won't need the script
One day
I might believe you when you say it
Call me your girl
Tell me you love me
Can we play dress up?
I already act as it is
What's one more lie?
Fake smile
Fake laugh
Fake feelings
One more won't hurt
Just another act
Only adding a costume
