Pansy found Hermione in a hallway that always seemed to be empty, she was leaning her back against a door.
'Granger, are you alright?'
Hermione looked up. Her eyes were full of tears and when she tried to respond only a sob came out.
Pansy put an arm around her, pulling her close.
'It's alright,' Pansy whispered in her ear. 'I'm sorry he cheated on you.'
Hermione fell silent for a minute.
'We aren't dating...'
'...Then why are you upset about him being with-'
'I thought we had something! I thought he liked me!'
She burst back into tears, burying her head into Pansy's neck.
'It's alright.' Pansy whispered.
It's now or never! Pansy thought.
Pansy grabbed Hermione by the waist with one hand and the other brushing Hermione's hair out of her face. Their lips connected. It was very passionate kiss.
