What Happened?

Thinking ---
I'm thinking countless thoughts of you,

Asking ---
Asking myself what if you found somebody new?

'Cause it's been eight weeks ---
Eight weeks since you've been away,

No warning, no farewell made,
No word has been uttered, you left with no trace,

It's hard ---
Much harder now,

Your silence is all I hear,
And I hate the way it sounds,

I've loved you but maybe it wasn't enough,
And all I could ask myself was,
"What happened?"

"What happened to us?"
