Hello, amazing people.
If you don't know who I am, cool. I used to go by a pseudonym here on Wattpad, "A.M. Kenley" if the name rings a bell. If not though, that's ok.
This story has been a work in progress for about 3 years. The original concept started off as a Lord of the Rings fanfiction idea, but as I planned out the story and developed the plot, I realized it was too deep for a simple fanfic. I had added so many new characters, new lore, and different storylines, that it had basically became my own story that happened to take place in Middle Earth.
The fanfic was abandoned a couple years ago, and I began working on an original plot. Though the plot itself is only a few years old, but the world, lore, and basic concept for the story has been in development since I was eight years old.
Believe me, a lot has changed about this world since my first attempt at writing fantasy as a kid. And after years of painstaking plotting, mapping, planning, and writing backstory, I'm so proud and excited to finally begin publishing my first original novel.
This is a first draft, so kind constructive criticism and feedback is greatly welcomed and valued. Like most writers, I love interacting with my readers and getting their thoughts and opinions :D If you have questions or suggestions, please leave them in the comments. I do my best to respond to every comment I receive :)
