Hominy travelled over land and rivers, following the path of the rainbow but he never seemed to get any closer. Most people ignored his questions until he came to a little mushroom by a river bank.

"My name's Hominy, do you know how far it is to the rainbow's end?"

"Yes I do, Hominy."

"Well how far is it?"

"You already know."

"I do!"

"Certainly, it's a far as your hopes will take you. And by the way, I like your hat."
