Now I shed no tears my face is surrounded, by the salty waters of the seas and oceans, I once saw as the perfect escape, to the blissful life of a mermaid.
Now my world is so small, trapped in a jar, stranded on some distant iridescent shore, where the fish fly and the sands are blue.
My only hope is that the magician holding the secret of life offers me one more chance, and pray for the day when he waves his wand, drawing me back into the world, where life's water flows over the brim of his hat.
