Chapter 19: Eagles And Crows

~End of flashback~

Tendou kept blocking our spikes making them in the lead and us behind, After Hinata getting block by Tendou we call a timeout. "How could he know where I was aiming it!" Hinata whined, "Well I did know him since I was little and he was a beast in volleyball back then too," I said remembering the good times with Tendou.

"Oh, It's Mr' Vanilla," Tendou said to Tsukishima, I hold back my laugh but a giggle escape which made Tsukishima annoyed. "Hello I'm Mr' Vaniall," Tsukishima said after blocking Tendou. This made Tendou annoyed and insulted Tsukishima which he took it has a compliment which made him even more annoyed.

"Baki Baki ni ore, Nani wo? Kokoro wo da yo〜 Konagona ni kudake, Nani wo?" Tendou sing and pointed at Semi, "Blocks?" Semi said and Tendou just shook his head and then pointed at me. "Seishin wo da yo〜," I said waving my pointer fingers, "That's it Y/n-Chan!" Tendou also waving his fingers.

Shiratori was in the lead by a point, the point was stolen from the setter. Shirabu Kenjiro.

~Flashback~

"Shirabu Kenjiro, a setter aside from the other one they have. Several people in Shiratorizawa have stated that Shirabu gives off a stable setter. He's been said to have quite the solid hands. When the receives are a bit off, he'll give a high set that utilizes the wing spiker's strength. He's not afraid to use dumps when the time is right." I said

"He also doesn't like when people think he is Ushijima's pawn"

~End Of Flashback~

Tendou was switch with Semi, he licks his lips and wink at me before he served. I blush because how he licks his lips was hot, he smirks and throws the ball in the air to do a jump serve. It wasn't that long before they switch him out.

'BOOM'

That's how hard the ball hit the floor when Tsukishima Block Ushijimas's Spike, I pump my fist in the air celebrating Tuskishima's moment. With that block, we won the 2nd match by 31-29. From my view, I could see a little flame growing from Tsukishima. This was his moment, the moment he falls in love with volleyball. 

We lost the 3rd with 18 points, the 4th set was going to be fun. I walk over to Coach with Akio behind me, "Are you ready?" Coach Ukai asks, "Born to be," I said before I switch with Daichi and Akio Switch with Asahi.

When we both got on the court we hear squealing all around us, "Udai-san notice me!" or "Udai twins are so dreamy!" I just shook my head while Akio waved. I then hear Hinata say to Kageyama how they are similar, Kageyama thought he was talking about skill level.

I burst into laughter, suddenly the whole gym got quiet. I smile while whipping tear away, I then look at everyone to see them surprise or blushing. "You should laugh more, it doesn't sound bad I guess," Akio said before walking away.

"Hey, you two! I want you to give 57% of your skills" Coach Ukai pointed at me and Akio, "Why are you saying they have to use 57% of their skill? Don't they always do 100%?" Hinata asks. "Hinata, have you forget that I was the top ace in America?" I said on my tippy toes to pat his head.

It was my turn to receive, I throw the ball in the air and jump up to send a spike serve. They all look at me eyes widen, "Yosh!" I pump my fist. "Send another one," Akio said throwing the ball to me, this time I did a float serve. It looks like it was about to go out but in the last second it curves in, I got us another point.

My third time I did a normal Jump serve but with my left hand, "I didn't know you could use your left hand too?!" Coach Ukai said. "Because you never ask" I mumble, I serve 1 more time with my right hand. They received it, I got 3 points for the team. 

"Nice received," Kageyama said before sending the ball to Tanaka which was block by Tendou, I kept receiving and spiking to earn points. It was my time to serve again, I only got 4 points for us which kinda upset me because I could've gotten us more. 

I received Ushishijima's spike-like it was a normal spike, I mean it did kinda hurt but I have gotten worst. It was 12-12 and I could already tell who is going to win this match, I was in back just in case if the ball went far. The ball was coming at me, I received it perfectly and was sent flying to Kageyama. 

Akio spikes the ball, but  Tendou blocked it. "It's the miracle boy! Sa-To-Ri Tendou!" Tendou said, after a while playing I felt 2 presents I look up to see Tooru and Hajime were here. I wave and I could see Tooru trying to hide while Hajime waves back.

I was upfront which means I have to block, everyone underestimates me because of my height. But when I say I'm an all-rounder, I'm not lying. I help Hinata support blocking which wasn't big of a deal since I was a lot faster and stronger than you expected.

But this only the beginning of it, there still much more to the game.
