Jonah's POV
This isn't happening. It is all a dream. Something amazing is about to happen but I wake up instead, I just know it.
I'm brought out of my thoughts by a hand being gently placed on my shoulder. I turn to see Josh smiling his usual goofy smile.
"ready to go then?" Josh asks.
I nod my head vigorously in reply, not trusting my voice anymore.
He starts heading out the door towards his car, by car i mean a Porsche 911 Turbo aka a $120,000 car.
"Wait."
I see Josh stop. I run back to Miss Rose and give her a hug.
"Thank you for everything miss," I say while crying.
"You are very welcome Jonah and please call me Elizabeth. I'm not your caretaker anymore, I'm just your friend," she replies hugging back and letting out a few quiet sobs.
I run back to Josh and give him an unexpected hug. I let go and we get in the car before driving away from my home of 12 years and to my new home and a new beginning. Josh puts the radio on and I fall asleep to Josh singing along to Stressed out by his very own band Twenty One Pilots (I say band but really it is just a duo)
