mothers don't tell their kids something
like that, mothers don't compare
their own children, mothers don't have
a favorite
they don't call their own daughters
trash, they don't tell their own daughters
"i don't want to see you anymore"
they don't treat their own blood as
mere strangers
daughters shouldn't be scared of their
mothers, daughters shouldn't watch what
they say around their mothers, daughters
shouldn't seek their mother's validation
they should trust their mothers, they
should tell their mothers how much they
love them, they should find a sanctuary
within their mother's embrace
blood sisters, why should you fight when
you can talk it out? do not let anger seep
through your mouth as liquid venom falling
from a snake's fangs as it has the same
type of hurting, the same type of death.
