"I'm moved Uche. Touched in fact. That's the truth. This is actually the first time you are talking openly and confidently with me in the past five years you have been working with me. You always keep things to yourself. I remember Dayo was the one who always push you to say your thoughts."

            She smiled. "You are right about that."

"I have everything Uche. What make you think I am not happy."

"Not everything. I don't see any woman in your life. What's a successful man without a woman in his life?" She asked with a smirk.

"Are you still dating Dayo?" He asked diverting the topic away from him.

"You are trying to change the topic." She chuckles.

"Maybe. Uche will have just two hours left, you should go and rest. Ask the others to do the same." He said.

"Okay. And yes, I am still dating Dayo. Is there any problem?"

"No. As long as the business doesn't mix with personal stuff. And I trust you guys know me." He said and she nodded standing up.

"We do."

"Thanks for the advice anyway."

            Lola sat with her friends at Ibukun's make-up shop. She watched as she tie gele (headgear) for a customer. The elderly woman was already dressed in her party attire with makeup on her face which Ibukun had done earlier on.

            Ada was busy chatting on her phone with a guy she said she just met in the supermarket.

            Lola stared at her friend as she keep laughing at some funny stuff on her phone. She felt envious of her friend for the first time.

               They were all the same age even David. Ibukun was just four months older than her and Adaugo. She and Ada shared the same month but just a day difference. But her friends are always lucky when it comes to men. Ibukun has a lot of suitors and they are well-to-do guys. So was Adaugo.

                Although, she always date handsome guys and there was no argument with that. Sometimes Ibukun wonder how she got to be so lucky with handsome guys. Her first boyfriend was when she was in junior secondary school three after her junior external exam and it was the deputy head boy that happens to be her first boyfriend. Then, most of the girls were jealous of her but she didn't care. She liked him and the fact that he was every girl's dream boy then made her pride increases but he turned out to be a jerk. He just liked her because she is the hardest girl in the whole junior school.

              The same happens with her other boyfriends. She was just like a game or a quest they want to win. They always want her to stoop low to them. Most of them just want to be able to control her and also get into her pants. Nothing more. Some just want to prove she is a slut. So non of them have a good character with their beauty. She even quit dating for a while to focus on her family and how to make a living since she isn't able to deal with them anymore. There are always mostly after one thing - to have sex with her.

             But her friends are always lucky with guys. They play with guys' feelings the way they want. Ibukun is very good at that. She is capable of dating four men at the same time, getting whatever she wants from them and also dumping their asses when she was done using them.

            You can't describe Ibukun as a very pretty lady but she is a definition of a badass lady. She got the body and she knows how to get what she wants. She changes guys like clothes.
