Your feelings are valid. Everything hurts but sometimes you need to feel it to heal from it even if its hard 'cause we dont want to relive it. Try to write it in paper, everything you feel and wanted to say that you weren't able to, this way you'll be able to collect your thoughts and to let it all out.
