✰ Chapter Fifteen ✰

Start from the beginning

"I will be giving you a test. I'll call an ambulance for you but if you tell ANYONE where you were or what you saw, I will not hesitate to kill your whole fucking family and blame it on you." They started cutting the rope that had fluttershy tied up. Fluttershy, who was bleeding out onto the person's arms, was picked up bridal style and left outside the warehouse.

It was cold, Everything was freezing as she laid there in pain. She kept holding her stomach, trying to stop any more blood from coming out. The tears rolling down her face and the blood now all over her hands, were the only sources of warmth she had. Eyes were dry from the cold wind blowing at them while they were open. She tried to keep them open long enough to see when help arrives, but it felt like her whole body was giving up on her. She slowly closed her eyes and the last thing she heard before pitch, black nothing were sirens from a distance.

Fluttershy opened her eyes and saw nothing but a bright light. Her first thought was Am I going towards the light? To her surprise, it was just a hospital room. There were tubes connected to her body, one of her worst fears. She continued to examine the room, her memory a little foggy of what exactly had happened. "Uhm, Hello?" She managed to say, it was weak but she tried her best. A doctor, nurse, her parents and a FBI agent quickly rushed to the room.

"Oh Fluttershy, you're father and I were so worried. We didn't know if you were going to wake up or even survive the surgery. I'm go glad you're still with us, baby." Fluttershy's mom rushed to her side, holding her face.

"Why did you go out in the night without telling us?"

"Why did you go out at all?" The FBI agent stood at the door way, tapping his food against the ground. All eyes were turned to him. "You're a suspect of a murder investigation, you were ordered to only go to school and go back home. That's it."

His cold, stern presence gave off bad vibes, his words felt aggressive. Fluttershy started to cry, embarrassed that she was crying in front of every adult including him. "You really thing my baby who almost died would kill anyone?! You really think she would kill anyone, do you?" Her mom got up and yelled at the agent. He said nothing, his face showed no emotion at all as he stared down at the woman.

"Listen, ma'am. To me she doesn't look like the type to kill anyone but we don't rely on opinions, we use facts and stone cold evidence. You have every right to be angry, but don't take it out on me as I've done nothing." He told her, looking down at his watch. "I'm only here to ask questions and I don't have a lot of time." he scoffed.

"Trying to act all professional on me, you only want answers so you can get payed. You don't care about any of the people you talk with nor do you show any sympathy to those hurting at all!" She got closer to the man, pointing a finger in his face.

"Listen, ma'am." his voice started to get more aggressive as he was angry but tried to keep it professional. "We have delt with cases where young girls give off the most innocent vibes have done the extreme such as stabbing themselves to stray away from a suspicion of them, manipulating everyone with their charm, and still getting away with it. We can never let our guard down. Those who seem the most innocent at first, are the ones that can and will get away with most things."

Her mother stayed silent and held the rest of her anger and sadness in. After pointing a finger at this man and yelling in his face, she didn't want to admit that he's right. She knows her daughter but what he said is true, they can't let their guard down for those who seem the most innocent.

"Come on, sweetheart.." Fluttershy's father put an arm around her mother, and started guiding themselves out of the room. The doctor and nurse followed, leaving the agent and Fluttershy  in the room.

"So," he pulled up a chair and sat close to the bed side. "I have a few questions if you don't mind answering." he got out a notepad and pen. Fluttershy gave a weak nod in response. "Alright. Why did you go out in the night and what were you doing?"

Fluttershy took a deep breath, she knew she had to tell the truth. "I went out to find some clues because we didn't kill anyone but no one will believe us."

"By yourself?"

"Yes." Fluttershy lied.

"Mhm. Now how did all of this happen to you?"

"All of what?"

"The reason you're in this hospital. You were found outside in the cold laying unconsciously in a pool of blood."

"Oh." Fluttershy replied. She thought hard but still couldn't remember anything. "I don't remember? My memory feels kind of empty."

"I see." he wrote everything down on the notepad. "Since you're memory is kind of weak right now, more questions will be asked later when you fully recover." He stood up to put the chair back where it was and walked out of the room.

After about five minutes, her friends all came in the room. They all had worried looks on their faces, with Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Pinkie Pie crying.

"Fluttershy, thank god you're alright!" Rainbow Dash rushed over to hug her, the hug felt like what lasted forever.

"Fluttershy, I know your memory is pretty foggy." Sunset knelt down to the other side of the bed. "But who did this to you?"

Fluttershy's memory wasn't as foggy as she said. She remembered a little bit of what happened but she mostly remembered what the supposed "killer" told her. As much as she wanted to prove her and her friends innocence, she decided to not tell a soul and keep quiet.
