There was something special about Rabastan Lestrange. It wasn't only that he was handsome or charming. There was a darkness within him that everyone could see, but nobody could understand. Some yearned to, some even wanted to. But none could. He wouldn't let them in to see. He wanted everything done on his terms and he would not take no for an answer.
There was absolutely nothing special about Lucinda Talkalot. Fine, she may have been unfairly pretty, but it was always overshadowed by the regal beauty of her best friend.
