Adrian had been waiting for this day. Christmas. He ran downstairs and saw his mom, dad, and older sister sitting at the tree. "Adrian, come unwrap your presents!" Said his mom, handing him a present. "Yeah, and hurry before your sister steals some of them.", his dad joked. "Dad, Don't tell him!" His sister joked along with his dad. "Okay!". Adrian grabbed the present she was holding and immediately unwrapped it. "Ooh! A Torch My Blazin' Dragon!". "Lucky." Said his sister. He unwrapped, and unwrapped, and kept unwrapping presents..until...he got to the very last present. "Love, mom.", it said on a card that was attached to the present. He untied the red bow and tore through the green wrapping paper. The cardboard box was his last obstacle to get to the present. He picked up the lid of the box and looked inside. "What is this?" Adrian asked. His mom giggled a bit then said, "Why, it's a cat plush I made for you." Adrian picked it up and took it out of the box. The cat plush was long, and had a fluffy tail, It was lilac with pastel kind-of-yellow button eyes. It had white on its paws, its ears, the end of its tail, and around its mouth area. The plush had a tuft of hair on the top of its head and some fluff on the side. "So..., what're you gonna name him?" His dad said. "Hmmm....I'll call him..Barry."
