Monkey D. Luffy, the man who aimed to conquer the Grandline to become the king of pirates, found himself somewhere different, somewhere unfamiliar without the rest of his crew. The notorious outlaw was put in the place of Subaru.
How will Luffy hand...
A stomach grumbled and the pirate started to slowly open his eyes. The noise of his own stomach caused him to wake up.
"Sanji... food..." he muttered while he sat up straight.
Two individuals stood in front of him. One of them was a woman, yet his curiosity wasn't on her. Next to her was a flying creature that looked smiliar to a cat, at least any normal person would assume so.
"A rat..." his mouth began to drool while saying this. Being completely focused on the flying cat or rat as the straw hat sees it, he launched himself at it trying to grab a hold of it, however it easily dodged an attack from a hungry Luffy and so he crashed into a wall behind the two.
The woman was quite shocked by this and turned around to face Luffy.
"You can't eat him!" she shouted.
That voice made Luffy remember her. He stood up and addressed her seriously.
"You were searching for something important right? Something which was special to you?"
"Now hold on a second" said the floating cat.
"How about you introduce yourself first before you talk with my daughter" he said. His goal was to gain at least some knowledge about the boy who behaved unpredictable and most noticeably didn't have any mana at all. 'Caution is necessary' he thought.
"What?!" Luffy yelled as his eyes began to sparkle.

"The rat can talk?! That is so cool!" he shouted followed by laughter.
"I am not a rat you know, how can you confuse by cute furry body with that of a rat?" it said with both of his paws laying on its hips, resembling a questioning posture.
Luffy wanted to ask if he'd join his crew. He and his reindeer doctor would be funny he imagined. With both of his hands clapping his face two times he calmed his excitement down and looked at the woman.
"My name is Monkey D. Luffy, I am the man who's going to become the pirate king"
Both of them didn't expect such a change in his attitude and were quite startled. The cat and the woman were confused because they did not know what to think about his ambition they couldn't understand it.
"I didn't gain anything from this at all" expressed the flying fur ball with a sigh.
Looking at the woman the cat said "I guess now its our turn."
As well as her "father" being confused she was probably feeling the same emotion. When she heard what the cat said she snapped out of it and introduced herself and her company.
"My name is Emilia and this is Puck, he is a great spirit"
Thats it. Luffy could not contain himself any longer. It wasn't just a flying cat which would be pretty bizarre on its own but it was a spirit! That's probably how his mind looked like at the moment.
