User can create any element that they know about using calories in return. During creation, they can combine elements, allowing a reaction to happen. User may also turn objects into their purest form and can reassemble elements back to as they were by touching them. (Ex: turning a cup into the purest elements then turning it back into a cup)
This quirk has multiple uses. Can be used for science (obviously) and fighting. Also good for rescuing missions.
As any other quirk it can be and offensive, defensive, innocent, or malicious quirk.
This quirk is able to be close and far range fights. Of course this all depends on the knowledge of the user.
Weaknesses:
-hunger
-fatigue
-high/low blood pressure
-bound by knowledge
